We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Palace. The staff are all wonderful, from the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome, they are friendly, helpful and very efficient. The property is set in grounds which lead to a view over the lake giving the whole place a feel of openness, peace and tranquility. Our room was perfect overlooking the gardens and lake with a nice balcony. Great size, very comfortable, plenty of storage space and a lovely bathroom. The restaurant serves excellent food, very fresh and tasty. ( Although a bit pricy worth it)The pool provides a good place to swim. Infact we liked it so much we rearranged our trip in order to return a few days later. Lovely location very quiet at night.

Nothing much ! Some sun loungers would be nice! Be aware the beach is a working beach There are no other food options nearby.

your hospitality is very good but need to improve your business as it is by adding activities and leisure

side walks for locals should close nd make it separate as it is an annoying to the reputation for your business

The staff was very attentive and polite. The food from the kitchen was amazing and the location next to the lake is beautiful

The fittings in the bathroom like the bathtub seemed to be at least +10y old. Most of the tv channels were blocked, but that shouldnt worry you not to get entertained there. The scent in the room smelled also like an old building

Beautiful location.Arvind the manager was very accommodating with our 4 year old daughter. The hotel restaurant was excellent with mouthwatering dishes. Just go and enjoy their hospitality.

Good staff aimed at customer service. The security gave his bike for near by shop. The manager at reception accepted request for late check out.food was customized.

Excellent rooms with a great view. Refreshing view from the room of the back waters. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Restaurant food was very very tasty and served well. Lovely place to stay.

The amenities in the hotel needs replacement as majority of the furnitures needs attention.

This is hands down one of the best properties i have been to. Really courteous staff and the ambience is mind blowing. There is a private lake at the back and they also offer kayaking and boating. The view is really beautiful and it is a well maintained property, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The property is a little out of the way but worth it! It's gorgeous and surrounded by the backwaters all around! Chef Zaki served us some delicious breakfast too! It's a beautiful property with excellent ammenities.

The swimming pool was not functional.

Kayaking at almost private lake! Anazing view!

Food! Wanted wider spread in buffet dinner n breakfast both wanted more regional Kerala cuisine !
