Each stay at this hotel offers a unique experience. This time, I required an early check-in, and the Front Office team, Athira and Riwash, did a phenomenal job accommodating my request. Throughout my stay, the rest of the Front Office team - Shali, Ankit, Shahina, and Devika - demonstrated exceptional customer care. Devika, in particular, with her captivating accent, left a lasting impression. The breakfast spread was outstanding, featuring many of my favorite items. The entire breakfast staff, under Binshad's leadership, provided exceptional service, offering warm welcomes and genuine smiles. I was assigned a comfortable room on the 5th floor with an excellent view. The hotel's location provides a unique experience as soon as you step outside. The hotel offers a perfect blend of amenities and experiences. I attribute the uniqueness of my stay to the hotel team's dedication and diverse cultural background. My rating reflects my positive experiences and interactions with them. I'm expecting my third visit soon.

Absolutely nothing comes to mind

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable clean linens were present. coffee/tea ingredients in the were sufficient. Toilet/bath was comfortable, clean and had sufficient toiletries. baggage storage et were sufficient. The reception staff were very polite & understanding. The other hospitality staff were very polite and service oriented. The location of the hotel is very comfortable with easy access to all important spots. Since it is in MG road it is easily approachable. The quality of food served was very good. In short it is higly recommended for safe & comfortable family stay.

Wish to mention few thigs that would enhance the functionality of the room. 1. The room lighting was not up to required level. It has to be enhanced 2. The plug points are not sufficient to operate Laptop/cell phone chargers. This could be enhanced 3. An additional towel could be placed at the entry door of toilet/bath to prevent slipping

On the first day, while enjoying breakfast, I was disturbed by another guest's loud burping. I found this behavior unpleasant and had to leave before finishing my meal. I believe the hotel management could potentially improve the situation by providing guests with a brief overview of table manners during check-in, perhaps accompanied by a visual reminder in the room.

Well maintained, well equipped and have professional staffs over all. Warm and welcoming attitude. Housekeeping and staffs serving for in-house orders are females, which gave a sense of security for a solo female traveller like me.

Nothing much. Washrooms can be modernised bit more. Can concentrate to add more tasty food (rather than adding up number of dishes) on menu. Other than that all are well and good had a good pleasant stay.

Very close to the town centre. The room was big and excellent (28 sqm2). Good value for money. The hotel will charge 2000R for checking in before 12 noon although the room is ready. So I waited in the lobby until 12 noon. A lot of banks and ATM machines nearby. Very good exchange rate when taking money out with CHASE card at ATM machine. SPACE barbecue restaurant near by was very good, and very good price.

The lifts are very small. 1 lift big enough for 1 people and another lift for only 4 people.

Staff are good and polite and Responsive to every request and all requests are mostly met. Cleanliness is maintained. Overall i am happy with the hospitality.

Power points for Iphone chargers not avalaboe. However the front desk people have provided adopter immediately on request. Food quality (Taste) can be improved and more number of items in NV have to be provided.

Location,staff,good hospitality. I stayed for a week with family. Good breakfast options. The housekeeping guys were exceptionally good. I found one guy very sincere in his job

Gym- Displays are not working on the equipment. The hotel is old. Some renovations are required.

The location of the Hotel from the Airport was very good. The room has exceeded my expectations & the breakfast was excellent. Both me and my wife not only enjoyed the breakfast but also the conversations with the staffs.

So far there were nothing to say about any dislike as we only stayed one night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our trip. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely suite when my category of room was fully booked. They arranged a trip for me to the Southern tip of India when the company I was meant to go with let me down at the last minute. There was a really good choice for breakfast.

Everything was good.
