Good food worth the wait, they understand your needs and are resposive , they provided a buggy and wheel chair for my mother who had operated both her knees and we were able to take her around wherever we went around the property,. we literally explored all the featers of xandari, starting from yoga at the beach, kite flying, watering the organic garden, , cycling,massage at the spa, volley ball, visit to their dairy farm, paddle boating & kayaking at their pond and watching the sunset at the beach .it was an wonderful experience. wishing the entire team at xandari the very best!

The beach was not clean. Lots of stray dogs and trash. Locals milling about and leaving trash behind. Barely any chairs provided, no umbrellas provided. The stray dogs really ruined the beach experience, some were aggressive.

Everything about this property is lovely, I am unofficially marketing about this property as me and my family really felt welcomed. The staff is lovely, always smiling and pleasant. Really felt relaxed and looked after!!

Xandari Pearl at Maraari is a gem of a place. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights during October, 2023. Beautiful and well-blended with the natural habitat, extremely clean with large open areas, the resort is the perfect place for a peaceful vacation. Cottages are very good and spacious, the staff behaviour stands out for their courtesy, and positive energy. They have a small natural lake inside the property, where we tried paddle boats and kayaking. Another surprise was the food on offer. All the meals were excellent, tasty. Try out their salads, yum. Kudos to the chef and the kitchen team. The beach access is a pleasant add-on. I would definitely go back for more.

Nothing much to complain about. The cycles on offer were a bit run down, especially the kids ones. If that can be taken care, would be great.

Loved the rustic vibe, food from the restaurant is the best ever- the fish curry is so delicious. Staff are so humble, friendly and lovely. The plunge pool within the villa is well maintained. There is a cattle farm, veggie garden, play area and bikes within the property, kids will love it! Private beach access is perfect!

The room lacks character, it’s massive and sort of empty but it’s no problem. The real let down is the lack of branded toiletries and bed sheets in the room. For a premium hotel with steep prices, you would expect that they would supply some good quality toiletries, premium bed sheets and pillow cases. Sheets were yellow and not fresh smelling.

Easily one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. Very spacious and amazing comfort. Food was good. The sell out factor was the proximity to the beach and safe to say we had a wonderful experience at the beach. The roofless bathrooms are underrated, calming.

The common bathroom near the swimming pool was not maintained well and it was mood killer when we visited as that was the first thing we entered even before going into our rooms. A mouse came into our bathroom during the visit but the staff were able to remove.

Overall experience was great. Expecting more facilities, like a Shack in the beach side with more Food items. Food served in the restaurant is limited but whatever they provided maintained the quality. Staff were friendly and great.

Ambience can be improved to get the feeling for the price we pay.

Buffet breakfast spread was good, as was the lovely tea cart on the grass in the afternoons. All kinds of details were thought about from toiletries to umbrella, yoga mats and beach mats. There were vsrious small activities-like table tennis, bikes and pedaloes to aid relaxation. The cottages were done to a high spec and were well catered for. Staff were very likeable and helpful. Our favourite was the gardener!

It was hard to pay the hotel using uk credit cards or bank transfer. Even the credit card of an Indian national was refused - a bit alarming as payment was required in advance to secure the room. The lack of a liquor licence meant no spirits were served, so no g&t before supper. Wine snd beer were available but not on the 1st of the month which is dry generally. It would have been good to have had notice of that!

We loved everything , their service , the food , the pool , the beach and everything else. Personally , it was one of the most best resorts ever. They have very good breakfast and can get fresh vegetables and plants too. Best service from all people.
