Everything was fantastic! Great location, clean rooms which were well serviced daily. The little amenities in the room like coffees, teas, dental kits, soaps and shaving kits (yes, that too!!!) is nothing short of amazing. They thought of everything, including replenishing bottled water on a daily basis! Absolutely pleasant, helpful staff with the right attitudes towards excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. This is driven by an amazing leadership team of Glen and Imraan. Well done guys, thank you, it was awesome!! Easy access to Colaba and Mumbai central with taxis, or tuk tuk vans for local rides within Andheri.

Hotel was very clean.Easy to communicate with staff, and they were very attentive. Once we established a raport with staff, they were personable and fun. Bottled water was provided and plentiful. Breakfast menu changed a little daily, and they also had standards like fruit and omelets that were great every day. The neighborhood was active, with lots to see and eat while wandering around.

Our arrival was delayed by a day, and it cost more to cancel that night than to leave reservation as it was. We contacted the hotel to let them know and instruct them to go ahead and process our credit card. They said they couldn't do that, and asked for a bank transfer instead. We didn't know how to do that, but hotel staff said that was the only option. Fortunately some family had arrived before us, so they were able to speak to the front desk on our behalf and the hotel agreed to hold our reservation on their assurances.

Well appointed, modern and clean Hotel with a very attentive staff who engage with their clients. Imran, Prabhat, Sajid and Paramjeet (along with others) were are all keen to help and support their guests. The staff were overseen by Mr Glen the general manager who kept a keen eye on the guests and was proactive in ensuring that guest's needs were met. The rooms were spacious enough and house staff ensured you always had everything you required (water, towels etc). The breakfast and restaurant were good providing a range of affordable and tasty local dishes.

Its not really a tourist hotel because it is so far from the major tourist sites. Having said that, the local environment was interesting and the Hotel staff fixed up taxis and tours for you. I explored a part of Mumbai I might not otherwise have seen because of this. The WiFi is a bit sketchy but once you are on it is okay.

The location is good as it is nearby the airport, around a 20 minute drive which makes it easy if you have a domestic flight. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good as it had many options and staff available to help you if needed. Hotel is modern and has good A/C.

Our bedsheets were not cleaned properly, the duvet and pillow both had stains. I’m sure if I asked the staff to change them they would with no issues, but I was so tired from travelling I decided not to. Also the shower is open and the whole bathroom gets wet when you use it.

the staff members and managers are very accomadating . service is excellent. big star and recommand the hotel.

mosqutios were coming from the bathroom door. simple fix by putting a net screen. also the bathroom shower place the water is not able to flow to the drain. simple fix and also slippy. simple fis by having a broom short one hang it in the bathroom for the guest to us or make a slope in the bathroom for the water to run smoothly

Very clean, nice, and updated rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Big breakfast included, and good amount of bottle water.

We stayed long enough that sometimes we asked to have the room cleaned, sometimes not. But they also ended up inconsistent with cleaning and restocking it, sometimes asking if our room needed cleaning and then inconsistently following through. Small note really.

What not to like about the Hotel. It was clean, comfortable and modern. Location was great because we were catching our next flight out from the airport. The Reception staff were good and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with traditional food on offer as well as buffet continental items. They also had a convenience of an on-site restaurant.

Nothing to complain, except that they had a lovely terrace upstairs that was under utilised

Breakfast was Good! Location to the Airport was ideal. Distances to sites were reasonable, however traffic influences affected timelines. People were Great, especially the Hotel Staff:- Special mention to Management teams; Waiters & Reception Team, who were extremely excellent in accommodating our needs. An Awesome set of Guy's!

The hotel is really good and clean, is next to international airport and the staff was really nice and attentive to us. The facilities are great and even though there’s a construction going on they didn’t bother us at all. I recommend this place for a couple days in Mumbai.

The bathroom doesn’t have a divisor between the sink and the bath area, making the room a mess when you’re bathing.

I like that the property from the moment I booked kept in regular touch with me. My check in was simple and friendly. Bags were taken up by the bellboy and room was nice cosy and clean. Buffet breakfast was also good and allowed me to take a plate to my room. They arranged airport transfers.

The bed and corners of furniture can be cleaned of dust.
