Fabulous little hotel, nestled in Munnar's hills! We are most definitely returning, next time directly from the airport, for R&R for a week! We cannot say enough about the superb staff, the amazing food, the service, and how beautiful the location and hotel are. We went during the rainy season and it was indeed a slice of heaven in the misty hills, cool (shorts and T shirt weather). My spouse and I have been all over the planet, at luxurious and boutique hotels, but Chandy's could go toe to toe with anywhere we have stayed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Go, and just relax!

The staff was very friendly The location close to many tourist attractions. The view was beautiful

All the plug points didn't fix properly but it wasn't a big issue as we required only one. Even if I required more I am sure the staff would have sorted out the issue by providing us an extension cord. The food was tasting great but generally was oily, however again I am sure if I required less oil food they would have provided it as the staff were really committed to providing the best experience to the customers.

Exceptional service I received from the staff, particularly Swathi Binoy and Pradeep. Swathi went above and beyond to ensure that every request was met with efficiency and a smile. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. My child enjoyed her company. Pradeep was equally commendable, providing excellent support in the dining area. He ensured that our meals were enjoyable and catered to our preferences, which added a personal touch to the experience. The attention to detail, from check-in to check-out, was remarkable. The hotel’s ambiance was soothing, with beautifully decorated common areas, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Nothing that I can mention.

The location is beautiful. The artificial forest and waterfall are superb and a great hike. The room was a bit underwhelming for a 5* hotel and could be better furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is very good with impeccable service and a stunning view.

The fact that a 5* hotel has no facilities for Netflix or YouTube is not acceptable. There were only 2 English TV channels, which should not be the case in a luxury hotel.

Recently spent 4 nights at Windy Woods and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly attentive, nothing is too much. The Cricket World Cup final was on and they went out of their way to make it a great day (despite the result). We had 2 rooms during the stay, a superior deluxe which had a great view and then moved to a family deluxe which was much larger and the bathroom was a touch fancier but less of a view. Breakfasts were excellent with a huge range of foods + made to order items.

The only very minor thing was it was a little difficult to be sure items were vegan friendly however this is an India wide issue and not specific to this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is attentive and friendly! We were traveling as a family -2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 7, and the staff was so kind! The location is gorgeous in the mountains of Munnar. The indoor trekking is really cool and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table that was great for letting our kids play. We had such a nice, relaxing time there -would recommend to anyone!

Excellent and courteous staff. Very generous and customer oriented. Very happy with the services provided by the hotel. The spa was a bit expensive for no reason is what I felt.

The view could have been better. The location of the stay is great but again despite taking the premium room for the view, the view was just of the terrace below and less of nature. They have made an artificial forest inside the hotel, which seemed unnecessary and noisy, especially because I didn't go with any kids or anything.

I've stayed at many varieties of hotels, but this was sure was a proper 5* experience. The service was excellent. The location of the hotel in between tea plantations etc was really nice. The views on a hot day in Kerala from the room were second to none. Felt that this stay really made our stay in Kerala memorable. Breakfast was also high quality which good range of food and flawless service from waiters.

slightly far out from Munnar centre to get to other places/restaurants etc, but in some ways this can also be seen as a positive aswell as its quite away from the hustle and bustle and peaceful . If i had to be super critical, purely as this is a 5* hotel: Swimming pool was on the smaller side Gym was quite old and outdated equipment

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Views are incredible. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing really negative to say. The only slight issue was that, on occasion, we felt a little overwhelmed by the staff’s attention eg when they phoned 20 minutes before breakfast finished to check where we were!
