The staff was courteous and professional....eapecially Anand is a real asset to dew drops being professional and well mannered. The property is scenic and beautiful. There is ample of natural beauty and areas to explore which makes any other issue forgivable..

The place is remote and being cold most of the year tea and coffee at a minimum should be available most times at the hotel. The restaurant timings are fixed which can be a problem in remote areas. The linen is worn out and needs changing. Also any form of shuttle services bet kallar and dew drops would be a great value add for the average solo traveller since u already have vehicles.. because commuting is slow and buses few and far between. And taxis and rickshaws are outrageously expenaive. This is not in Munnar but rather 15 kms from munnar. There is a lot of scope for adding small nooks for reading......rock sit outs...children play areas...swings etc at little expense which can make this place stand apart.

The resort is amazing Very peaceful Anand the manager was really helpful with everything we needed He took us on a walk through his farm which was wonderful I certainly recommend staying here

Unfortunately we did have a major problem on our last night with guests in the next room but Anand dealt with it promptly

It was a quaint stay in a massive property with its own small lakes, plantations, cattle farm and trek route. They offered fishing and treks as a part of their experience which was quite nice.

All rooms on property were non AC rooms

This is the best property i have visited so far. Resort was located in a beautiful which i did not excepted. Rooms, Staffs, Food and other activities were so great. The way they treat us and the comfort zone they provided us was awesome.

The location and calmness it offered. The trekking within the facility was a major attraction and it allowed us to explore and experience nature freshness.

Suggestion to include variety in their food menu

It's a serene property, away from city. This property is situated around 20 km away from Munnar town. The resort is situated in the middle of a huge cardamom plantation. The rooms are clean and good with ample space. Food is of a reasonable rate. The staff response is good. There is a heritage British bungalow on the property where we can see a beautiful garden. I think the bungalow is not rented out by the resort team.

Please take ample water while opting for bungalow trekking. It's a long walk. Lol Nothing much to mention. Altogether its good.

Great location and views from the balcony. The warm smell of all the spices growing in the farm is amazing.

The staff refused to make cardamom tea or refill dishes in the buffet breakfast even though it's a cardamom farm and we were well within the dining time. There were frequent power cuts at night and no one answered the phone despite repeated calls. It's a beautiful property let down by a lack of professional staff

One of the best resort in munnar. Humanity exists and a soft and positive approach from the staffs of the resort.
