Location, Staff and breakfast are all fantastic..

Swimming pool may be could have been little cleaner

The resort ambience was so good and very quiet. We enjoyed the delicious food and the food is definitely value for money. The staff were polite and humble and were a great support during our stay. Resort also organised (upon request) Jeep safari which was a different experience and we enjoyed immensely. Wifi was good but needs to pick a spot in a room.

I booked 3 days in this resort through booking .com , resort was in good place and ambience, stunning hill views and narrow streams ,fresh air and relaxed atmosphere, very nice pool and spa ,good complement breakfast, staffs so helping,very large rooms.

A few things that i need to mention are that the roadways are a bit struggling to reach the resort. Swimming pool water was quite cool ,The way to this resort was quite dark,without any street posts or lights.

Trebo Hotel staff is truly exceptional. After exploring various hotels, we chose this one due to the remarkable service provided by the staff. This was particularly noteworthy as we were traveling with our elderly mother. The hotel staff went above and beyond by assisting her with a wheelchair and ensuring a smooth check-in process, guiding her to the room. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently exhibited a friendly and welcoming demeanor. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff who played a crucial role in making our stay exceptionally comfortable. Kudos to the dedicated team at Trebo Hotel. During check-out, when I realized I had left my AirPods behind, I was initially skeptical about recovering them. However, after calling the hotel staff, they assured me they would check and get back to me within 30 minutes. True to their word, I received a call within the specified time frame, informing me that the cleaning staff had found my AirPods. To my surprise and delight, the hotel staff, namely Mr. Anil and Jomon, went above and beyond by traveling over 35 kilometers to personally ship my AirPods to my address. What's more, they generously covered the shipping costs. This level of dedication and customer service truly set Trebo Hotel apart, and I am immensely grateful for their extraordinary efforts.

We had an amazing stay at Treebo Trend Misty Garden Resort. Staff were very accommodative and went above and beyond to made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic. Jeep trekking experience is a must to try and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even thought the resort location is little out of city, we found it’s perfect to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and staff will organise transport wherever needed. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was amazing; the staff did take personal care and were up for our request. We had a splendid breakfast at the hotel. The vibe is quiet which we wanted as we are looking for a cozy vacay. The views are stunning, and monsoon is awesome time to visit

We had a great vacation and stayed in Misty Garden resort with family. My kid enjoyed the stay a lot with the Safari, pool and play area. The food was good and my only suggestion would be definitely food options, they can add more dish varieties. The rooms were good and pleasant. We enjoyed their service, they were all very kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful night campfire with music. Kudos to the misty team.

The location is pretty and away from the hustle bustle of Munnar. The staff is very friendly and helped us organise our day to day sightseeing.

The food is good but lacking international cuisine options. I was travelling with my American friend and they had limited options for non-indian food. Apart from that everything was good.

The place was just amazing. The Staff went way beyond our expectations to help whenever needed esp preparing and making sure food is ready n packed fir a 6am trip, places to visit n hiring resp professionals to name a few. Special shout out to Santosh. Amazing vacation and experience with you guys. Keep up the great work.

Swimming Pool Location and the way allowed every one with improper attire is disgusting / restaurant Menu sucks / Bonfire every day with heavy noise is too bad.
