Indeed a calm and serene place to spend holidays with your loved ones.The entire resort has been beautifully developed and maintained with abundance of nature. Thumbs up to their co operative staff, cleanliness, maintenance and food. Altogether a fantastic stay...

Excellent Service and good property. Really loved it.

Nice spacious rooms, great bathrooms and bathtub on the balcony, newly built in a forest surrounding.

Swimming pool was a bit too cold to enjoy for a longer period of time. The meals are at another location (Elixir Hills) and not very spectacular; mostly buffets. The other location is reachable by car organised by the hotel, or by a steep walk, but should be communicated before booking the Woods... The gym is also on the other location and really bad; no machines were functioning properly; this gym should be advertised as non-existent. Price is high for what you get, unfortunately.

Lack of stable internet access on the property, despite complaining twice. No tv connection to hear music or watch movies at night with friends.

Bed sheets were stained in both rooms and I don’t mean small stains pulled the bedcover back and they were big patches of dried urine or similar did not sleep at all in this place would not recommend this unless the management sort out the hygiene and maintenance!!

Privacy, food

1. The B4 cottage we booked was not clean nor worthy for the price they charge , please don’t add it in any booking platforms if it cannot be maintained properly and post proper pictures and don’t fool the customers posting good pics 2. There is no Wi-Fi in B4 cottage so make sure to ask which cottage they allot before booking this and they didn’t even bother to repair it after contacting them 3.The staff from reception was good but there was no friendly atmosphere there and staff has some confusion between things 4.The restaurant here is neat but the price is high considering it’s a resort but waiting time is also high 5. I don’t see a need to book this property again considering the bad experience and prices they charge and facilities they offer

The property is nice , spacious rooms with comfy beds .

The location is really far with no good view , not worth the money, fluctuating electricity, no hot water , bath tub was leaking so we were not able to use it.

Restaurant at Elixir hill is decent

Not worth for money , had really bad experience with service. Got torn blanket and bed filled with bugs. It’s supposed to be a 3 star stay but local motels would probably have more amenities and cleanliness than this. TV was not working, there is no fridge in the room. The property is very basic and definitely not worth the money.
