The parking area is not at all good. It is so steep. The hotel management has to do something about it. I almost lost my clutch plate while trying to take my car out of their Neighbouring parking space (Which also belongs to Aishwarya Residency). Parking there can cost you. This is the only drawback of the residency or else it is a great place to stay.

The Hotel is quite decent, clean and rooms are having all basic amenities and good enough for 3 person. Washroom was clean and staffs were available all the time. However just beside this hotel, their other partner i.e. livana is available and it has restaurant, swimming pool and few indoor games and customer from this hotel can avail all those features

This is an excellent value hotel, very clean and comfortable. Modern facilities, comfortable beds and the balcony rooms are spacious. Nice food can be ordered to the room from the restaurant next door. It is only a short rickshaw ride to most tourist sites.

The staff is amazing. Manager Suraj was super helpful along with Saubaghgya, Shankar, and even Swapna was great at reception. We stayed in the family room and had a terrace for our use. The hotel is located centrally so moving around the city is easy. They do have a house kitchen but check with them first. They have a cab service as well. Will recommend it to friends.

Two things 1. I requested for 1 am check in but when i entered to hotel at 11 am receptionist denied for entry and asked to wait till 11:50 am which is not satisfied 2. I also requested for near by rooms as we travelled with 2 joint families but they given on top floor and one room at first floor

The Hotel was around ten minutes walk from the rail station. The A.C. worked well

No dislikes other than there being no bar however this is the normal in this part of India.

Room was kept neat with bedsheets and restrooms as well. Allocation of things in right places.

No water bottles are provided during the stay. Need to pay and purchase.

Rooms are clean, location is perfect.

The room was not ready for check-in, there was some maintenance work that wasn't completed so they gave us another room which was small in size and after completion of maintenance work we shifted back to the original room. overall they wasted our time, they didn't provide a water bottle.

In the washroom plug points are right above the wash basin high chances of shock hazard. Seriously it should be addressed.

All facility they have provided is so nice as per our expectations... Little bit suggestions that pls provide A/C remote for adjust cooling and all...
