I was very impressed by the beautiful spiritual decor at the reception desk. The room, although a bit small, was more than adequate. The bed, mattress, pillows, and linens were clean and comfortable. Pahar Ganj has always been a chaotic area, but this hotel was on a road with less traffic, making it easier to walk on the streets and find cab parking space. By far the best thing about this hotel was the exceptional food on their extensive menu. I loved everything I ordered, veg and non-veg. I told the front desk I would be back because of the food there, but there was a lot more to love about this place!

All staff a good and cooperative. Property is maintained well, the bed spreads, pullovers were good. The toilet was mainted well. Felt that the towels required upgradation as they have been used throughly.

Unkept promise. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds for four. But when we reached the hotel, it was not available and we had to settle for a 3 bed room. It was a little difficult, but we had to manage. Not getting what was book and promised by them was a uncomfortable part.

The location of this hotel is the main attraction. For a person who has to catch a train or get down from a train, this hotel is very good. The staff is very nice. Helpful. The room was clean. I think the hotel is a safe place including for women who is planning to travel alone. Food is available in the hotel. Only room service. There is no dining area.

The property is located in a very busy area. During the day and till around 11 pm the area around is pretty crowded. Do not even think of taking your car anywhere near the hotel. Rickshaw or Uber is the only solution.

Cleanliness. Responsive staff. Location is good in Paharganj but the roads leading to Paharganj is always jam packed.

The rooms r very small and cramped, leaving no space to move inside the rooms. There r no windows in the hotel. The windows r sealed and cannot be opened. Strangely, the drawers inthe side table are also sealed and unusable. Coffee maker was mentioned inthe amenities but the hotel do not provide the tea, sugar milk for the cofee maker.

Friendly staff. Good size room with comfy bed and a seating area. A lot of small dhabas and shops in the vicinity and really close to the train station and (airport) metro station.

They have a lot of different rooms. Unfortunately the good one they showed us was facing the street and extremely noisy. They one we stay in was okay as well but less comfy than the noisy one. Make sure ro check out a few before committing to one.

The only drawback was that our room faced the railway station therefore it was quite noisy at night due to train horns I could have asked for a different room but wasn’t that bad once I used ear plugs

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first experience of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location near New Delhi Railway station. Amit Kumar Baba the Manager was very friendly and helpful. All staff were kind and courteous.

The aircon in room 108 was noisy. As expected room was noisy due to traffic right outside, but of course at this central location we were not surprised and knew this before we booked.

We liked the service provided by the staffs and cleanliness and location. I want to specifically say that Mr.Amit relationship manager supported us very well and the coordination level is pretty much appreciated. If you want to stay in a good hotel, try this.
