One of the best hotel to stay in the Parahganj for the couples as well as for the family. The staff was polite, empathise as well as responsive to all the small requirements. The rooms were cleaned, specially the washrooms. Food quality is also good specially the tea. Mr. Manoj Kumar was supper attentive, humble and also guided us fabulously to roam around the city. Recommended to stay here as it is not like other's who just scam for extra charges stating the rooms are full and some other reasons.

The staff was so co- operative . There is Mr. Ganesh which was appointed to my room. He is too good in service and always available on a single call. I stayed there for 10 days due to official purpose. At reception, Mr. Niket and other manager was also so co-operative. Overall the service is good and the all staffs were excellent

It said they had a fitness center but no pics on the booking.com site and there was hardly any equipment in the gym . That too very dirty condition.
