I stayed in this property for two night it was good I really enjoyed my stay there , the guy on reception rishi chouhan was very polite and gentle his service was brilliant, the was was good but the coushion was not so nice I wish they change the coushion cover of the room , and fix the bathrooms there was small holes on the corner of bathroom , staff was great and the manager was so great he helped me a lot his service was excellent I recommend this place

Service

The hotel is located a walking distance from New Delhi train and metro station, and a 15-minute walk from another station on the blue line, which is quite convenient if you don't mind a bit of walking. Plenty of dining options nearby, as well as small shops and travel agencies, if you need those. The room was good, though nothing special, AC was good, and hot water was readily available (do note that you should ask at the reception to turn it on before you wish to use it). There is a working elevator. Wi-fi was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for the money.

For the price one could hardly complain about such things, yet do note that the centrality of the location is also a problem, as the traffic in the area is horrible (especially if you're planning on taking taxis - allow plenty of time to get to the airport, for example). Also avoid using the New Delhi metro station - it's always crowded (even early in the morning), or at least make sure to get a Smart Card if you must - prioritize the RK Ashram Marg station if you can. The place is also a bit hard to find, as it's located in a side alley, but a maps app should help you with that. Otherwise, as long as you don't come expecting a 4-5-star hotel standard, everything is fine.

I liked that the room was clean. The staff who attended us were kind and understanding. The room was not very spacious but it's comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was clean and we had wonderful access to hot water. The wifi strength was also incredible. The AC worked through -out the night and day. Close to the railway and had a variety of food options, from local to a Mcdonalds only a 2 minute walk. Overall we had a good experience.

The alley leading to the hotel, but that is not up to them so they can't be faulted. You just have to be cautious walking there particularly at night.

It’s all about a good staff and their behaviour, with some reviews I might thought it couldn’t match the expectations but it was really great having discussion with them

Some facilities were not working properly

Hotel is nice and located in the heart of Delhi. There's everything nearby. Rooms are a bit old but clean and in a fair condition. Price is fair. Staff super nice, helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend staying in the hotel. Thanks a lot

The staff is lovely and very accommodating, which is really rare in New Delhi. It is a basic room perfect for a traveler on a budget.

The neighborhood is very dirty and unsafe. So better to get to the hotel before dawn. And use a taxi instead of walking around.

The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent, everything was working perfectly. The manager is very kind He made us feel at home and protected. I strongly recommend Hotel Harsha International mainly for girls traveling alone.

Location is not showing same in Google as property situated. It is showing near Rachna Hotel while it is in front of Quality holel. Secondly No Mobile number shared after booking and given landline number couldn't picked by any body.

The manager Mukesh was very helpful and also the staff were quick to provide anything we needed.

There were cockroaches in the room and generally cleanliness could be better as the sheets were stained etc. Also for hot water you have to call them and ask to turn it on as they control it from the reception.
