Hotel city star is an amazing hotel for price! this is my first time in India and I’m so happy with my choice, the free pick up from the airport is a real bonus. Yes outside is busy but that adds to the charm of the hotel. If you want to experience the real Delhi then this is the place for you, I loved getting back from a busy day and sitting at the rooftop terrace listening the chaos, I went during Diwali so it was fireworks, firecrackers and car horns galore. The room however was quiet, you wouldn’t guess you’re on such a busy road. The staff were incredibly helpful, from exchanging my money, printing things out for me, organising taxis and lending me their stapler! As a solo female traveller I always felt very safe and well looked after here. The room was big, the showers were warm and the welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. The food here was great, the paneer Makhani was a personal favourite of mine and the vegetable thali was also great - it’s a huge portion! The staff were always super friendly and attentive. If I ever return to Delhi I’ll be sure to come back, thank you hotel city star ⭐️

The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. When the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. Very clean and quiet rooms right next to the hustle and bustle of Paharganj. We enjoyed our stay there for 5 nights.

The traffic can be challenging with people weaving in and out. It’s crazy and can be a shock to the senses for a first time traveler from the west. It is our 4th time to India. Watch out for pick pockets. It’s crazy with lots of fast paced energy but that is part of the adventure of being in this part of Delhi which we love.

It's value for money, you get the comfort, hospitality and cleanliness you pay for. Good breakfast every morning, it's easily accessible to many eateries. Deepak also went out his way to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated to all our needs. From helping with hotel shuttle to airport, and walking with us to a recommended dentist, they were exceptional. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. The hotel is near the train station and the subway/metro is also relatively close. Overall this hotel offers a good service for a reasonable price.

The street in front of the hotel is very busy and can be difficult to cross. The sidewalks are crowded too. The hotel rooms have good noise isolation so noise is not an issue but walking in the hotel vicinity is not very practical.

Very close to New Delhi railway station (8 minutes walking). Free airport shuttle with a very good driver. Room is good, a bit old but clean and maintained. The personal is very very helpful and welcoming. They also have a travel agency that can help you with your tours.

The surrounding is not the best (as it is near the station) but walking 10 minutes you can find some good restaurants. Anyway, at 10 minutes tuk tuk, you can get to Connaught’s Place.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel has an good restaurant with delicious food and a good price-performance ratio! Although the hotel is located on a busy street, our hotel room was very quiet, so we were able to rest well. Always happy to return!

It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was good. The staff were very helpful going above and beyond. The pickup from the airport was very good, they were waiting when we arrived after a delayed flight. I would recommend this hotel.

The accommodation had security guards on duty at all times, so it was very safe. They were very kind, offering us a welcome drink and moving us to a room with a double bed. The breakfast was also very delicious.

The best option in Delhi, in India and in Asia. I travel a lot and saw many hotels including luxury 5stars, but I never saw such an attitude to clients. The staff is super kind and helpful, they are ready to solve any issues. Breakfast is excellent. If you want to have a lunch or dinner don't look for anything, the restaurant in the hotel is the best option - super tasty and not so expensive. I will definitely come back and will recommend to my friends. Thank you guys, thanks to you we fell in love to India!

Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. ALL staff were extremely nice and helpful. From the security guy at the door that accompanied me across the street to the ATM, to the 2 reception managers that helped me with different inquiries, to the guys working in the restaurant. Everybody was respectful and friendly. I hope the owners pay them well as they all seemed to work very long hours! My airport pick up worked smoothly. The complimentary breakfast was great and had different options every day. They have a great coffee machine which made me personally very happy! I usually dont eat at hotels, but as i was exhausted every night i had dinner there all the time and it was really good.
