Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms with good furniture. Clean bedsheets. Very kind and helpful Staff. They provide everything you need. Reception is really 24h, you can call anytime. Very good bufet breakfast in another hotel with beans coffee and selection of indian and continental food.

Cockroaches, especially in the lower floors (we slept twice in the hotel, in the first floor were more of them). Thin walls, you can hear everything around.

This is my first time in Delhi and the hotel is a little way down a small street. At first glance, location was a little concerning but had no need to worry, taxis and tuktuks are plentiful on main road and drive past hotel or pick up outside using Uber. I received a warm welcome from Rahul and was allowed to pay cash (£orRs) or card so no issue getting money changed. Shown to my room which was clean and fully equipped with large bed, large TV, with access to you tube / netflix etc, tea & coffee etc. Breakfast is at sister hotel, practically next door. The selection of food was varied, plentiful and tasty, the coffee was very good. They also offered room service menu which was good. I really couldn't fault my stay at all and would highly recommend.

Apple Inn is a nice and comfortable hotel for foreigners to stay for a week or more. It has everything needed what we are used to. They also can organize your trip to Taj Mahal. New Delhi Railway Station, Airport express train and Main bazaar are within 10-12 minutes of walking distance from Apple Inn hotel. Café, restaurants, small kiosk shops with some grocery and fruit stands are around the hotel. Good transportation system around. There were a clean and comfy bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, fridge, TV, electric kettle, air conditioner, ceiling fan and mirror in my room. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar in my room were useful. Bedside sockets from both sides were really useful and comfortable to charge phone and laptop at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet had everything: dental and shaving kit, shampoo, body gel, liquid hand soap and toilet paper. Hot and cold water in the shower was always available, considering hot weather in New Delhi. Wi-Fi internet worked very well in my room. Room cleaning service was offered every day, but I didn’t need it. I can recommend Hotel Apple Inn for international travelers.

The staff were really friendly and was location is near shops. They have room service for so we had breakfast in the room a few times. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The main guy who spoke english was so helpful and kind. We had 2 rooms and was only using one the whole week and he helped sort the booking to refund us for the time we weren’t using.

Not all the staff spoke english. The kitchen didn’t understand what we said on the phone.

The hotel staff was friendly. They made sure I had a hotel room and then let me pay for it. They also loaned me a hair dryer, which I appreciated. It was within walking distance from New Delhi station.

It may be a little difficult to reach the inn. There are many people trying to trick tourists at the New Delhi train station, and the roads are not paved, making it difficult to move around with large suitcases.

I stayed here because the hostel I usually stay at didn't come up on Booking.com for some reason. I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the establishment and the staff are incredibly attentive. Room was pretty much exactly what I expected and the bathroom was in pretty good shape.

The hot water runs out a bit more quickly than I like -- I tend to enjoy longer, hot showers to help relax the muscles in my back and avoid muscle cramps or spasms.

I have to accept that the hotel was not an easy find - its tucked away into one of the small streets but then the entire city is such. No vehicles can really make it to the hotel which is my biggest issue. Luggage had to be hauled by the hotel staff who were super helpful in everything that made my experience and rating much higher. Sure. I will stay again here and recommend others too. The staff guided us with all the info for a tourist like me and even helped to connect with guide as well as suggest places to visit within the time constraints we had as a family. They even helped me retrieve back my ID that was left at the front desk - it was couriered to my city down south - amazing accountability and response. You can never go wrong with such people who want to always give the best of the service. This is not a 5 start hotel - so dont expect such. This is a value stay and it definitely exceeds the expectations of such a stay - Thank you

minor inconvenience of not being able to get our car to the front of the hotel entrance. It was a busy street even where the car was stopped making it bit difficult - the rest was awesome
