Staff Behaviour so good..rooms are neat and clean

I recently started at this hotel and had fantastic experience.The rooms were excellent, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and supportive throughout my entire stay. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a positive and supportive and enjoyable stay.

Food was excellent and fantastic.

My femily i hade a wonderful stay ah hotel emporio view. Hospitality was exceptional.and the staff went above and beyond to insure a comfortable everyone was polite,and always ready to assist.A special thanks to bhola highly recommend this palace for its great service and hospitality.

Highly recommend this place. It included an airport pick. Rooms and hotel was clean and tidy. The included breakfast at the rooftop was very generous including the snacks and drinks on arrival.|The staff were all very accommodating. Value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Well located and helpful staff, had some issues that needed their help to sort out. They spent well over an hour helping me and finding the answer. They also had a good service that worked could be ordered late.

It’s a bit loud at times but that would be expected in any hotel in a busy part of Delhi

Very flexible and helpful staff at the hotel. They accommodated us in two separate rooms, when a family room of our choosing was not available. They also did let us check out an hour later.

It could be a little more clean. We did see some spots on bed sheets. Same with bathroom - little bit more cleaning would be nice.

Location is not very good compare to another lanes nearby

Everything is good about the room. Room is clean but you should ask for any other facilities if you need. Location is also near to New Delhi railway station.

Washrooms are not so good, could be maintained more clean and some dim lights should be provided to the room. It's too bright if you want light while sleeping.
