Nice hotel for a few days in Delhi. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful and arranged a last minute tour of Delhi upon arrival for us, with a private driver, and also took care of book on a cab to the airport for us. However, note that you’ll need cash for this as they do not take card payment for these extra services.

The area is clearly not the nicest in Delhi but is conveniently located and there’s a restaurant and a cafe nearby so that you can get food without walking in the area too much. The room was on the street side so a little noisy, take earplugs! The bathroom was not the greatest, but could have also been worse in India, so overall not that bad.

The hotel is very close to Delhi Railway Station, located on a street lined with many other hotels, making it a convenient area with good amenities. The constant flow of people also makes it relatively safe. The hotel is well-maintained and kept tidy. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

It is easy to confuse this hotel with others that have similar names nearby. The travel consultation service provided after check-in is actually focused on selling tour packages. The welcome water in the lobby seemed unsafe—I experienced severe vomiting after drinking it. The room is very close to the alley so it's very noisy.

The hotel is centrally located to New Delhi railway station and metro making it the ideal place for international travellers. This is the second time I have stayed at Krishna and both times I have been given a very clean comfortable room. The hotel itself is probably the cleanest I have stayed at and I have travelled to India quite a few times now and I found Krishna the best on Arakashan Road Paharganj. Reasonably quiet with secure rooms. Extremely affordable and great hotel staff. I could not fault this hotel. A must for international travellers and backpackers.

Everything was fine, except that given the cost they never provided drinking water bottle or even a glass of water as complimentary. We reached late night and for drinking water we went out to procure one. The in-house food menu is limited and costly

The hotel is located within a convenient walking distance on the Paharganj side of the NDLS railway station. The hotel premises are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was served on demand and was well prepared. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The room I stayed in could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom. The hotel doesn't provide bathroom slippers too, so if you forgot yours, then you're in trouble :-)

perfect location if you are looking to explore a little bit of New Delhi city. we only had 2 nights, but it is in such a great location to walk to many restaraunts and cafes. there are also really great markets around this area; we took a taxi to these but im sure there are many walkable too! I think this hotel was a great value for the price. Staff also helped us book a ride to the airport at a very fair price. would definitely recommend staying at hotel krishna.

my partner and I had no complaints with our room or our stay! However, our friends room had a fridge that did not work, so all his beers and waters were hot. and his ac didnt work either:/

Located at the heart of the city and you could easily access any part of delhi

Wrong Commitment. I had to go to Airport late night so I asked to Travel Desk for the cab as a solo rider; I confirmed with the asking price and requested that cab would be on-time. When I reached at reception around drop time, he was unsure about the booking. The. On-rush, he called a cab which was super under valued at the asking price point. Then immediately I called OLA and booked a OLA premium plus cab in near by 40 percent pricing a super clean and maintained cab. Please and please don’t cheat. I am an Indian citizen then they did this, how could they treat Foreign language spoken traveler?

Good location

Hotel driver was drunkard, which we realized later, he was driving very unsafe on the road while dropping us in the airport , it was a shocking traumatic experience Don’t book driver from this hotel, hotel was maintained well

room is good, room size good, location is good for people want make shopping and very close to new delhi station, staff are engaged more than reqd. and nobody responsible, roaming with walkie talky and not attending the requirements of customer.

no cleanliness, hot water kettle condition is very horrible, requested to replaced, after several calls replaced but that one also not cleaned, better change the entire staff, of course reception is good.

I stayed in property for 5 days. Hotel is good, staffs are very polite. Front staff very polite and helpful. Location is very good. Ovarall good and comfortable stay

Hair drawer facility was written in room but was not there and called many times for the same but not done. Finally, they provide another room for hair drawer use
