I had a great time here, The room was well-lit, which helped me get my work done without any issues. The hotel staff was helpful and made sure all my needs were met.

Clean room and hot water for bathroom

I had a problem with Mr. Joshi's hotel travel desk and I don't know if the problem was with me or the hotel travel desk. I booked him a cruise to a beach town to take us by car costing 9000 rs roundtrip to the beach town Rishikesh, we agreed to let him know 5 hours before the trip as it was raining. We said we have to cancel and he charged us 4500 rupees as cancellation fee. cancellation fee. According to him, the cancellation law is half the amount But in my opinion, because my reason was reasonable, the reason for withdrawing is because of the rain And since he didn't pay for our trip and the car hadn't arrived yet, I think the cancellation fee of 4500 rupees was too much and I'm very unhappy about it. I even told them to take about 2000 rupees. which they opposed.

Courteous staff Helpful all the way. Conveniently located. Walking distance to Pahargangi Market and a short ride to Connought market.

The cleanliness in the bathroom is to be addressed . We stayed in Room.03 for 04 days. The hot water issue and a bit of a dirty toilet is to be noted. Room.was okay. Well lit and with TV, Fridge and other amenities. Direct booking rates are tremendously low. Extra bed was provided for the third guest with a charge of INR 500 per day.

I was backpacking with my woman and we stayed here very close to the NDSL Delhi trainstation, very handy. The hotel has a very large choice in food (mostly vegetarian, like in the whole of India), roomservice but you also can eat at the rooftop. 30 minutes from Delhi Int.Airport. Not a western tourist hotel so it was fine with me, hey you want to explore right 🤩

Sufficient sized rooms, with double fan and AC. Close to main bazar, red Fort and Raj ghat. Surprised by nice welcoming snacks.

- big sized toilets but in a very bad condition in both rooms, not sanitized. we even couldn't use. - one room located on main street couldn't rest at night because of street noise and blowing horns. - Breakfast program needs more work to be done. -Kettle had problem in both rooms, staff brought another one.

Location was good,near to new delhi railway staion. Food was good.price lit high. Room was good,during our 4 night stay after reminder no one come to clean our room noreven change the bedsits. After several calls one one birthtowel replaced during our 4 night stay.

Staff and Management was polite and helpful. I felt that the laundry was little moist due to the weather outside and less ventilation in my room but overall everything I need was made available in minutes.

Everything was good .. things could have been better but I really had a comfortable Stay.

To keep the roof terrace accessible would be nice even during the less typical seasons for this, otherwise everything was very pleasant during our stay!

Staff's were good and very supportive. Ambiance of the hotel was good but bedsheets were not upto the mark. Over all it's a nice and best option for 12-24hrs of stay means it's a best option for short duration.

Bedsheets were not as good and clean. In bathroom in morning water was dripping from the roof.

The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly even there were cockroaches inside the room everywhere.family rooms are usually not displayed in the booking.com portal which is a problem.
