This was my second stay at Hotel Singh Empire during my trip to New Delhi. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around the city very easy. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they offered travel tips, food recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. The 24/7 front desk was also a big plus for late check-ins. Overall, for the price, location, and quality of service, Hotel Singh Empire offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

One area for improvement is the breakfast. While the food was decent, the menu was the same every day

Everything was great with my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in a busy area with a noisy environment outside, inside it feels calm, peaceful, and safe. The food is excellent, and the morning buffet was a highlight. Rooms are clean, with Wi-Fi, hot water, and air-conditioning all working well. Definitely good value for money. They also serve liquor on request. I stayed for three nights without any issues. There’s even a McDonald’s right next to the hotel if you want a quick bite. Most of the staff speak English well, so communication is no problem. The only downside is that the area outside can be busy and dusty, but that’s quite normal for New Delhi. Overall, a very good stay and worth the money.

The place is very clean and well-maintained. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and kind, always ready to help. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of options. We arrived very late at night, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. One of them even went out around 3 in the morning to find us some dinner, which was incredibly thoughtful and kind. The hotel is located on a main street, so it can be a bit noisy at times, but honestly it’s much better to stay on a lively road than on a filthy or smelly one. The location felt safe and convenient. Overall, the hotel made our stay very comfortable, and we truly felt safe and well taken care of. A very good experience overall!

The Hotel is great. Good staff and friendly environment. Moving forward the breakfast is really great. I liked the taste and the quality of everything. A full on 5 star for it. Would only say that my stay was great and the staff moreover were supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

What I did not like was the sounds coming from next doors. Bathroom glass can be called antique honestly, it needs repairs. I stayed in room 105 and the door hinge was not working however the staff told me that I was going to be replaced as that was the only one which was old. (the staff was telling the truth)

The bedroom I stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Was nice to get slippers to wear around too. Breakfast was an interesting mix of food to choose from and there was something for everyone. We also ate here for dinner a few times and it was really good food for a great price. The service is a bit slow so don’t eat here if you are in a rush.

The sockets in my room didn’t really work. Had trouble using them. It is quite loud if you are facing the main road but luckily I wear earplugs wherever I go so had no problem with that

The supervisor by name Sanjana gave an excellent attempt to see the defects in the room were almost done. The reservation booking person by name Riya was very prompt in enquiring about check in on said dates of check in. The house keeping person by name Rajeev Chaudhary did his job upto the mark. No issues. All staff persons were cordial. Special mention about Neeraj, Sonu and Amjad. The security personnel by name Anil and Akram were doing a good job. Food was really delicious. As the receptionist Mr.Girish was adamant for a halfday rent as he told he had given an early check in, the property owner Mr.Harpreet Singh was kind enough to waive some rent when requested as he really knows the true value of old occupants.

Laundry was not upto mark for white clothes. Staff telling that the coffee and cookies is complimentary and billing the same for some days was really painful. Calling bell not rectified even though told umpteen number of times. The foam bed was not upto the mark and caused some back pain. Hope the calling bell and foam bed shall be changed in next visit. If amount for food is too costly. Network facility not accessible inside the room and hence had to come out and use the mobile.

The room is very spacious, Free Pick up was cool, the location is ok but more glamorous in pics, AC and Fan works so well! And the bed was big which is good. Atleast it is a real place

Most of the staffs are nice, some can’t help with basic needs, breakfast can be better and the space for the breakfast is small. Some amenities in the room are old. Using Uber is cheaper than the hotel option

Our 3rd stay here. This hotel is exceptional it is extremely clean, smells so lovely when you walk through main door. Rooms are a good size, bed linen and towels very clean. Hair dryer supplied alongside toiletries. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. This is one of the best hotels in Delhi not down a dirty alley hard to find but on the main street easy to get tuk tuk and yet very quiet rooms. Great selection for breakfast, continental and Indian and again staff are so friendly and service excellent. Our come to hotel for all our stays in Delhi

The property is not in the very city center, which is good as it’s a cleaner and not crazy crawded. You can easily go to the center market and the fort by walk or tuktuk. However the best thing was the trip they organizad for us to Rajastan, at very reasonable price and specially at high comfort level. Mr John (you can find him at the reception or ask the hotel for his WhatsApp before you go) crafted for us a perfect stay together with mister Sumit, the driver and the guide that has been with us for 10 days making our experience unforgettable. I must say without Sumit and John our Rajastan trip would have been absolutely missing a lot of hidden gems, feeling of safeness and fun!

Nothing I can think of

I traveled there alone. My parents and friends were afraid that I would have to go there alone, but the security of the hotel was excellent. I stayed there for two nights. I really didn't feel that I was alone there because the staff of this hotel is very excellent ( ranjith he is very humble person he not expecting money helping carry my baggage but he helped me anyway with smile face when i said him i don't have left money for give him for help me carry my baggage to the taxi he said no problem maam lits oky ) . It is impossible not to talk about the breakfast because the breakfast they prepare is very delicious and valuable for the money. A/C in the room works well. The mattress is very comfortable and you can sleep well. It is not a big problem when you hear car sounds from outside, because it is normal in India everywhere, it cannot be stopped by the office of the hotel so don't blam for that to the hotel 😁. It is very easy to get a taxi service because the accommodation is located next to the main road. I recommend the Singh Empire Hotel to all Sri Lankans who want to visit Delhi. This hotel is a safe place to stay without fear even if you are alone.

Bathroom is old its should be renovation . Otherwise everything not bad .
