The staff was great, the food very delicious, they provide clean towels, shampoo and soap. The room was cleaned every day. Near the hotel many markets. All was great about staff and room.

Its written that taxi is included from airport. However, we had to pay 450 ruppee for parking in the airport while hotel driver was waiting for us. Additionally, driver asked for 200 ruppee tips that we had to give.

I recently stayed at Hotel Balaji during my trip to New Delhi and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The biggest plus for me was the free airport pickup—after a long flight, it was a huge relief to have a driver waiting and ready to take me straight to the hotel without any hassle. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around the city super easy. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they assisted with travel tips, food recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. The 24/7 front desk was also a big plus for late check-ins. Overall, for the price, location, and quality of service, Hotel Balaji offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi, especially if you’re arriving by air and want a smooth, stress-free start to your trip.

1. Free Airport pick-up ( only one for each stay, and parking fees 450rs is payable by customer). 2. Decent complimentary breakfast. 3. Check in and check out time are both 12noon. 4. Early check-in and Late check-out ( upto 6hrs on each side ) with additional payment of half day rate ( for each side )was available. 5. Very close to the railway station! 6. Very close to city centre. 7. Many Cafe, restaurants nearby. 8. Staffs are polite.

Bathroom was very clean. But shower screen doesn't cover the shower adequately. Which makes the whole bathroom wet, once anyone takes shower.

The staff were out of this world extremely attentive respectful and on point. Very thoughtful and always willing to help and meet and go beyond our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, towels and sheets clean, hygienic and with all the amenities. Breakfast was extremely good and had enough choice. Breakfast staff were impeccable. Our favourite staff were the security guards and the breakfast staff they always went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and felt cared for. The room was cleaned to a decent standard everyday. For the price point this is a must stay, certainly recommend and would stay here again and again. The mikky restaurant and guru dev(veg) both around the corner are a must try. Incredible food and extremely affordable. The location is full of things to do and felt safe. Totally forgot to take photos but photos on booking are the real deal.

Due to heavy traffic location some rickshaw drivers are reluctant to drive there (arakshan rd). Disclaimer...This has nothing to do with hotel. Easy to go from hotel to other parts of the city. Like everywhere in India creepy crawleys tend to appear but nothing special.

I have come since it was built, and at that time it was like a retreat for me, new clean, bright - great food. Despite many middle class places deteriorates quickly in India (I know, belive me), the prime Balaji is my home, whenever in Delhi. I have also brought groups of friends from Denmark here. So I like it, Silence in the chaotic New Delhi Railway station area, and great staff - even from Nepal. Rooms a ok size, room service food is great, and breakfast upstairs is the same.

First, I had a request in the early morning of my booking that was fulfilled quickly and easily, that was a very good start, and I want to thank them again for this. The street is a small street and very quiet: you don't hear the noise of the avenue next to it. Also, when you arrive in this hotel, you are received like in a 5 stars hotel. Seriously. The staff is incredibly professional, polite and nice. I even thought that maybe I confused with another property. But no: they simply have a high standard of professionalism! Oh, and they are really fluent in English! The room is quite spacious and, rare thing with hotels in India: everything works!! The bed was clean and comfortable and I had a perfect sleep. The room service was efficient, quick, and the food was delicious and with gigantic portions: fabulous! If I have to stay in Delhi again, I will definitely stay there!

As always, few things would need maintenance: as I said, everything works fine, but you can see that items are aging. Money is not only to please the owner, but also to refurbish and renew things! Delhi is super cold these days, so taking the breakfast at the top restaurant was like taking the breakfast in a fridge. Not very pleasant, especially as the food was quite cold too!

hotel has great position- neighbourhood is safe and picturesque. staff is very kind and helpful. room was spacious. bed was very comfortable but short if you're taller than 1,70. breakfast was very plentiful ( they changed menu every day! ) and tasty! wi-fi worked all the time. the room was tided up every day ( we stayed 3 nights ). one gets complimentary water and tea every day. we used their pick up service from the airport.

recommendation: if one reserve particular room then one should get that one ;)

I’ve stayed in several hotels around Paharganj, and this is definitely one of the better ones so far. The elegant lobby sets a welcoming tone, and the stylish design continues across all four floors. The room feels modern and clean, with a solid level of comfort overall. That said, a few issues held the experience back from fully justifying the price. The power outlets holes are a bit loose, making it tricky to keep things plugged in. The TV didn’t work at all, and the mini bar couldn’t be used because its plug was too short to reach any socket. The bathroom, while offering a great warm shower, flooded the whole floor outside. The bed cover, though washed, looked a bit too used with some stains, and I had to request basic items like toilet paper and a face towel. I also, only got hair conditioner available (no shampoo). Still, cleanliness was on point and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was varied - tasty and enjoyable, especially when taken on the rooftop terrace if the weather’s nice. For other meals, the reception is quick to help with orders. Do bear in mind that there is no lift to the rooftop as it only goes up to the 4th floor (and the rooftop stays on the 5th), nonetheless room service is also available. With a few minor upgrades and fixes in the bedroom, this place could really shine with the name that it stands for.

The bell boys and waiters are very attentive. Mir the travel agent was very helpful with me finding a pharmacist. Gobin the wait staff was also very very helpful. Excellent breakfast. They also have a Good Day auto expresso machine to ensure you that cup of fresh coffee first thing in the morning.

Some rooms I have stayed in have had poor wifi reception. Also, their wifi connection should not be considered secure because their Booking.com page has been hacked. I had received bogus text messages from scammers stating that I was in jeopardy of having my reservation cancelled unless I clicked on the link and entered sensitive information.
