As a solo traveler, the room is adequate for me. This is a new hotel building near the railway station. Take a tuk-tuk from railway station very convenient. You can install Uber and Ola apps for online taxi, very convenient and easy to find. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Hot water in the shower also really great to reheal after long day strolling in the city. Recommended!!

The noisy sound from the horn. Maybe because my room is facing the street side, but I can sleep even in noisy conditions. Recommendation for breakfast for foreigners may be just slices of fruit, or cereal and milk will be excellent for breakfast. I rushed and did not enjoy the breakfast in the hotel.

Cost and performance ratio is top. It was clean, spacious, there was a safe in the room and a security lock at the door. The food was very good. I was very happy with breakfast and dinner! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also it was not noisy. The location is not the most pleasant but there are a lot of other hostels and hotels in the corner so I never felt unsafe (female solo traveler). The plus is the closeness to the train station. For reaching the metro you have to cross the whole, the whole!, railway station. In the evening it gets pretty crowded and it will take some time. Compared to other hotels I stayed, Bloomrooms has a very stable wifi connection.

Blooms is an excellent hotel right next to the main station in Dehli. It is also within easy reach of New Dehli metro station. The staff are friendly, polite and hard working. The hotel rooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean. The restaurant is very good with excellent breakfast and evening meals. Compliments to the chefs.

The front of hotel is busy as it is closed to station. Once indide the hotel is calm and tranquil.

Bloomrooms exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever needed. Perfect location making it easy to explore the city. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The interior courtyard provided a wonderful space for relaxation after busy days. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great service in a convenient Delhi location.

A few more selections at breakfast would have been nice, but it was very good.

The hotel is very bright and clean, close to the New Delhi railway station. This allowed me to walk there straight from the train after arriving in Delhi. The room was simple but clean. The bed was fantastic: very soft and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet with lots of south Indian, north Indian and western options--very delicious. The internet was good, although sometimes it would breakup for a few minutes, but then it came back strong. The staff was very friendly. Given how dodgy most of the hotels in the area are, this is definitely a great place to stay for a good price;

The room was kind of small, but for this price, I probably shouldn't complain.

Located close to New Delhi Railway Station - I am surprised that I have peaceful nights without too much noise or music from this precinct. Staff was generally okay - speaking good English. The room is generally clean and modern, a bit small but acceptable.

The check in system was a bit complicated, I was sent a link for online check in but not working for me when I have captured a good image quality for passport. Many amenities were not provided initially and you have to request it through a web based link. It was easy to use, with few downside where you won‘t be able to select multiple things together. I guess this was not efficient as it will be delivered by different people. Food service was generally okay - not a big fan of it and it‘s a bit pricey (at least it is cleanly prepared).

Bloomrooms is great if you need to be near the main railway station. We had a very early train to catch so it was really handy as it's just a few minutes walk from the station. The hotel and staff are excellent. The room was very clean with aircon. There's a tea station on every floor so you can have a tea or coffee whenever you like (free), and a nice seating area in the centre of an atrium. The food in their restaurant is really good too. The roof has a smoking area. The area, Paharganj, however is challenging (although we didn't have any real problems). When we arrived at the nearby metro some scammers tried to tell us that Paharganj was closed for forieigners, as if!!! They wanted to "help" us by taking us to a nearby tourist office where we could get a stamp allowing us to enter the area. Similarly whenever you go to the station there's always a scammer trying to see your ticket, and then when they do they say "Oh my goodness, that's a problem (pointing to some bit of your ticket), they may even say that someting is "dangerous". But guess what... they'll help you by taking you to a tourist office where they can change / update your ticket! Just ignore all the scammers. I do have to say though that we never felt intimidated by the scammers, they're just persistant - like flies... But rest assured Bloomrooms is a great hotel to stay, just be aware of the scammers in the area.

Nothing really, it's a great hotel. Not cheap, but so handy for the NDLS railway station.

Bloom Hotels’ HR deserves the highest rating because it’s the team that makes the stay truly perfect. This is a chain, and it’s not our first Bloom experience in India. The staff helped with everything, making the stay seamless. Any hotel from this chain is a safe bet—you can expect a consistently high standard.

With all the fake reviews out there, it was a relief to find somewhere safe, clean and in a good location - even if it was a little more expensive than the budget options. Close to metro and train station / tuk tuk to any of the major sites 50-130 affordably. Free water (bottled dispenser), helpful front desk to find a hairdresser, helped book trains and a pre-paid car back to the airport, lift for luggage, staff members helping take up luggage and load up the car. Room had a safe you can enter the combination into each time you wish to use it.

Room wasn't super spacious and a bit more expensive than other budget options, but still very affordable. Well worth it when you know it'll be clean and safe.

Bloomrooms offers a clean, safe and soothing environment a few minutes walk away from New Delhi railway station. The rooms are small but well-equipped, new and clean. The bathroom was excellent. The staff is helpful and the whole hotel works very smoothly. It is suitable for someone looking for a modern and sanitized well-located venue. Breakfast is very good.

Even though the facility is new and fairly well built, there is no real noise isolation from the outside street on street-facing rooms, which will be noisy. The hotel is fairly pricey: if one is looking for a quick stay near the station and doesn't need as polished facilities, better priced alternatives likely exist.
