Room was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative. Located near new Delhi railway station. Really it is value of money. Managers behavior is very good. I suggest this hotel to friends and relatives.

I like the warm welcome of the manager ,talking to customers politely and calm feeling at ease to stay.Staff behaviour to me as a guest is excellent ,they took good care of customer needs. Safe and clean hotel. Feel secured to stay as solo traveller. Hotel is on main road ,accessible road ,public transport ,market every types of restaurants and in good location not in small muddy or dusty lane. I like also the pious Durga Maa picture in front. Bless this hotel And staff.

Good location, responsive staff, competitive prices. Gaylord offers rooms in various price ranges and it's pretty close to Metro (that can bring you from or take you to the airport) and Railway station.

The street is quite busy, you will hear taxis and auto-rikshas. It calms down in the evening though, so I'd rather keep work for later hours while sightseeing during the day.

The Owner & his staff is so Cooperative behaviour towards his guest. Value for money. I will recommend any one want stay at this location, should have stay only this hotel.Finally this is a safe & suits for all budget. They have multiple option for his guest, which suit to the guest.

Very comfortable, good location and great price. The manager was very friendly and the young assistant was very kind to do my laundry. All round great service and enjoyable stay.
