Blue Pearl was fine to meet our needs for Delhi. The hotel was well located and the room was comfortable. Shower worked well and they gave us water bottles. Breakfast was included and it was a good variation of items, from Indian foods, oats, eggs, fruit, cakes, toast etc...

Some of the bedding could be better but it was fine. Access was down a narrow alley that was flooded with water due to the heavy rain on our arrival. Again, our driver managed to get the car down so it wasn't too bad.

I stayed for 1 night but booked for 2 days as I checked in the previous day evening & checked out next day evening. The rooms were neat, breakfast was good & had a safe stay though I travelled alone. Staffs were very friendly & helpful. I booked a cab for return & nobody was accepting the trip due to heavy traffic & finally 1 guy accepted the trip & he could not reach the hotel due to heavy traffic. I don't know Hindi & hotel staff Sandeep came forward to help me communicating with the cab driver continuously & took me around 1.0 Kms by walk so that we are out of traffic and board my cab & reach the airport on time

As it is in a small lane, cab drivers are not accepting the trips & not dropping at the location

Big rooms, good location thought it quiets in the room. Good ac as well as the other facilities

There are no windows you can open. At first, we were offered a room without a window, then they switched to a room with a "big" window, which was actually a small window that let us know if it was day or night but nothing more as it was covered by another dirty glass.

Staff is very supportive. Answers to calls, quickly attend to requests. regular cleaning is done. Verity of foods, taste is ok. I spent 3 nights. The travel assistance + the driver given to me for traveling to Agra/Taj mahal was supperb. Wifi was working perfectly,

Was quite noisy to the corridor with people arriving early in the morning, shower flooded each time we used it.

The room was good. The staffs were cooperative and friendly.

The entry road is full of trash and vagabonds & drug addicts were sitting on the entry road.

The best hotel I stayed in in India!

I do not like Booking com business practices: they allow their platform to be used by scammer (the detsils are available from me if you are interested in the details). No refund, of course. Also I could not change the dates for a flight as the emails from the airline allowing it got (twice) lost in the Booking com "system". Had to buy new tickets without the possibility of refund. IT HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BLUE PEARL HOTEL IN DELHI!! THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY POPULAR WITH THE TOURISTS FROM THE WEST AND I, PERSONALLY, CAN SAY NOTHING BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR YOUR STAY!😊😊

The position is great for a downtown experience, it is close to the railway station, and between most of the historical sites people wish to visit. The staff are always willing to help, cheerful and friendly. The room has most things that most tourists will need.

The room needs a good fridge. When the temperature outside is in the high forties, yes 47C/48C all you need when arriving back in your room is a cold drink. I did complain and the staff did offer to put my drinks in the hotel fridge BUT would I ring room service every time I wanted a cold drink through the night? It is also the first hotel I have visited where a sign in the bathroom informs me that hot water is only available on a morning up until 12:00 noon. After walking all morning in such temperatures I just needed a warm shower when back in my room. Otherwise a great hotel and a great stay. In such temperatures, a black tank on the roof could provide hot water for the whole hotel.

Friendly service and staffs so helpful. Special mentions to Ravi Rajput who greeted, provided us a quality room which was clean and comfy as shown on the advert, made special masala omlet on request which was also out of the breakfast counter, and more on the check out.. our trip became epic where the hotel helped us to get our bags to the railway station when we were late stuck in Delhi traffic. Terrific efforts from Sandeep and the hotel management to deliver our bags jus 2 mins before the trian so we could get on to our train and continue our trip to Agra.. never forgettable memory and almost lost my son in the mad rush running around all over the New Delhi Railway station.. its not a stay an experience.. much appreciated and thabk you for the 5 star service to Ravi Rajput and Sandeep, plus the hotel management team.

Can change the water taps in the bath rooms as the pressure was too low and have to wait 15mins for one bucket of water to fill for shower
