I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Shanti Plaza in Paharganj, Delhi. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations in every way. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — a rare find in this busy area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the AC kept the room cool even in Delhi’s summer heat, making my stay very relaxing. But what really made this place feel special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, especially Nawazish Bhai. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure I felt at home. From giving local tips to helping with transport and daily needs, he truly made a big difference. He is not just a great staff member, but a genuinely good-hearted person. I’m really thankful to him. Also, a big shoutout to Shahrukh Bhai, who was equally supportive and welcoming. Both of them helped create a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay in Delhi, I highly recommend Hotel Shanti Plaza. The service is top-notch, the location is convenient, and the staff makes you feel like family. Will definitely come back again!

It was a comfortable stay. Decently cleaned and in a very good location near New Delhi railway station. Staff were amazing such a Dinesh, Warish, Nawazish, Lokendra etc. They were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Any concerns or help I was asked was solved with great interest and according to their capabilities. Really enjoyed the stay and highly recommended.

Break fast should be more organised and should offer more options for the food. Room card shouldn’t re-activate every day. Housekeeping should be more professionally managed.

The place is near New Delhi Railway station,, thats like a major landmark in terms of navigating the city. So location wise its good as its not far away from the main road.They cooperated regarding eatly checkin so thslat was great.The room was clean and had decent facilities. Had Electric Kettle for making coffee and stuff.

Nothing in particular.The service could have been a little better.But no complaints.The Complimentary breakfast was sort of a catch being a buffet system as they told us which was not compatible to people wanting to eat it the room itself.But thats not a major concern.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is in walkable distance from the Delhi train station. Beds comfy, rooms tidy, showers warm, breakfast good. Roof top terrace where the breakfast is served. We left Delhi in the evening and left our luggage there. When we came back they offered us to open two rooms, so we could have a shower before leaving without extra charge. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel have a fresh and modern ambiance that is both welcoming and comfortable. its prime location. Situated close to major attractions like Connaught Place and Chandni Chowk, it’s perfect for exploring the heart of Delhi. The staff at The Pearl hotel are professional and friendly always ready to assist with any needs. I highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again on my next trip!

Great Accommodation Hotel Shanti Plaza

The hotel was nice overall. The rooms were new and well maintained, and the staff was extremely efficient and helpful. The neighborhood was decent not the best, but definitely good compared to average standards in India.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. But it wasn’t really a problem for me, as I’m fine with just two boiled eggs and a coffee in the morning.
