The room was exactly as advertised, very clean! very comfy and everything worked. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Helping above and beyond. Especially the front desk Tanveer Malik and the man running errands upstairs. The property is surrounded by whatever you could need. Local street food, western/foreigner style food. The most delicious sweets shop next door. You name it. Not far from Redfort and markets galore. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Clean and hygiene room. Exceptional service. Very warm welcome specially by Mr. Roshan, who made our stay more comfortable. Rooms are exceptionally clean with hygienic and clean washroom.

Nice view to the busy street but very quiet because windows are noiseproof. Good TV and bathroom. Clean. Staff polite.

Telephone on the corridor constantly ringing to staff. WIFI password needs to be updated every day, but they bring a password to your room when requested. Fridge not working and no kettle. Over weekend staff on the roof (5th floor) made unbearable noise all day and late evening non stop, doing something on the roof between 7pm and 23pm. Someone constantly trying to enter my room without even knocking. Otherwise OK stay and hotel.

Clean bedsheets and towels, frequent cleaning, clean washroom. Really good breakfast as compare to other hotels in that area. Separate thanks to Arvind who made our stay even better than it could be. Advisable to choose room at the backside of the hotel so that enjoy quiet night without honking It seems recently hotel was renovated.

Absence of iron for clothes pressing ( even upon request they do not provide), cokroaches occasionally passing by inside the room.

The best hostel that we have been in New Delhi, really affordable for the price, amazing beds and big rooms. Close to the railway station and old delhi. The service was 10! They provide good food in the restaurant and helped us with lots of tips to visit around delhi. Thank you!

The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The rooms were well lit, spacious and well maintained. The location is great along with courteous staff. The restaurant served good hygienic food. All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend people going to Delhi to stay and experience a perfect comfortable stay.

There is nothing to dislike.

Centrally located - just 2 minutes from the airport metro express 10 minutes from downtown Cannaught Place. Staff was friendly and efficient and communicated promptly. Room cleaning was a highlight as it was done thoroughly each day. My room had a large smart tv connecting me to netflix and hotstar.

Breakfast was served in the room was tasty but prefer buffet layout ,although no complaints.

They helped us a lot with some aspect, for which I am very pleased. ready to help and eager to rectify any issues. overall very happy with the stay
