The room is very clean, comfortable and modern style! The breakfast sooo delicious 😋 a lot kinds of nice food...the location super ... very close to interesting places and to metro...you can easily go to airport..the stuff are very kind and honest people...they helped me everytime i needed anything...i was very surprised when I saw the people cleaning all the time around .. i was very lucky because .it was my last staying before i leave India and iat this hotel l had the opportunity to rest and enjoy the security of clean environment...sooo i say a big "thank you," to the staff and the owner of Hotel City Pride. ...i will come again 😀

I am from south South India, Tamil Nadu. My first time stay at in the above hotel. I selected your property based on the reviews. In fact, my experience was very amazing and beyond my expectations. From top to bottom of the staffs of hotel are really dedicated to serving the guests. Esspecially the manager @ reception Also the complimentary menu, room services and travel services everything is punctual. The area located is very safe and silent. It is really worth for the money. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my circle. Not necessary to pinpoint .Every things are good and safe for family stay. Totally, my experience was fully happy and satisfied. My humble suggestion is that, in free toiletries add tooth brush ,paste and sachet of coconut oil. Because, in major South India hotels they provide. Since people from south using in daily life . Once again I thank you for your valuable service. 👍👌♥️

The hotel service was excellent. The staff were willing to help anytime. We ordered a late night dinner and coffee, which was served promptly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room came with a walk -in wardrobe space, wall mirror, a partitioned shower area and dry area with a hair dryer and all necessary supplies. The room heater was my favorite bit in the December weather.

The kettle used by previous guests was not replaced.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very happy with service. Everything was great. For us very convenient location, close to train station (just 5min walk) , as we had to take early morning train. Also, we were very happy with airport pickup (it is fee, only parking fee needs to be covered , which is approx.270INR) Was a quick stay , but very good, we would choose to stay in same hotel again.

the only minor minus point was AC in the room. It worked but did not cool the room properly .

Everything from the pickup to the stay was absolutely smooth. Our flight arrived at 11pm and the driver greeted us at the front as soon as we exited with our names printed out. The drive was roughly 30 minutes to the hotel, we paid around 400 rs for the airport parking fee. The rooms were fantastic and clean, the fans and ac were really cooling and there was hot water available all throughout. The staff were the best part, they happily assisted us with everything and helped arrange for everything as well including auto taxis, and answered all the queries that we had, they were even allowed us to extend our late checkout by a little bit. Breakfast was a small spread but everything was good. They even do help with return private taxis to the airport, charging about 800 rs for the trip, our flight back was late at night so they helped us store our luggage while we went out exploring the city. They also were really quick in responding to all our queries through whatsapp and booking to ensure everything was smooth. Would absolutely do recommend this place to anyone who'd like a quick stay.

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of March, on arrival to Delhi, and enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay here again this week. We are always made to feel very welcome, the room is comfortable with great facilities i.e. a powerful walk-in shower, great air con, and exceptional food that can be ordered as room service. Menu caters for vegetarians & non-veg diets. The buffet breakfast offers so much choice and the omelettes are very tasty. Hotel is approx 30 mins from airport by taxi Arvind and the other members of staff are always very attentive, friendly, polite, and efficient. They all go out of their way to help and assist with anything we need. I also like that water and juice is offered to guests on arrival - much needed after a long journey We will definitely stay here when we return to Delhi and thank Arvind and the other staff for making all our stays memorable and relaxing.

We arrived late at night and the staff was super warm and welcoming. We were shown two different rooms to choose from. They even provided a small snack basked and water. Breakfast buffet was small but good too. It’s located in a small back street which first looked a bit scary given we arrived at night but actually its good because it’s quiet and away from the noisy Main Street. We would stay again because it was clean, comfy bed and super welcoming staff. Plus, the location is quite central and therefore great if you want to do sightseeing.

Facilities are a bit old and it isn’t a fancy place but value for money is great and we would absolutely stay again for a short stay.

Great central location to old Delhi’s markets. Rooms were clean, big and provided a quiet space where you could relax amongst all of the hustle and bustle of outside. In my package, they also provided free airport taxi pickup which was a great perk. Staff were very friendly and provided help and guidance on prices of tuktuks and other recommended places to eat.

Location is slightly hard to find as it is within a small cluster of small alleyways with quite a few hotels side-by-side. Location on google is not where the property is so would recommend an updated google location.

The room was fine, not the best view, but I don’t care. The taxi drivers are very good, friendly and always available to meet your requests. I bought a private tour for golden triangle (Delhi tour, Agra, jaipur) and they gave me a private taxi driver who stayed and waited me all the time outside the attractions. It’s really convenient to always have a place to leave your bags and the driver always tell you what to bring or not inside the fort/temples/ attractions. The tour was proposed to me by Ranjana and she is a good madame. So I’ve been all around all the attractions I asked for and the taxi driver was patient and good. The price is good, maybe a bit high price for India but it’s ok, I was for the first time in India and I’m a girl traveling alone. It’s very good for safety.

I didn’t like a lot the guy who stays during the evening, because he tries to fool you by thinking he is smarter than the others. I asked him to change money and ordered some food and he overpriced the stuff. I didn’t tell anything to him because otherwise I’d be too rude.

The staff that prepared and served the food was excellent. Especially Parveen and Aslam. Not that the other's was not good but these two were tops.cleaning stiff were also good.

I feel that each room should have a shower rubber mat in the shower because it was very slippery and elderly guests can slip and get hurt. I also feel that it should have been better if each room had Windows that could open for fresh air.
