Their attitude towards the customers was truly commendable. Moreover, availability of staff regardless of any specific time was like a cherry on top, throughout our total stay at the hotel. We were especially satisfied with the behaviour of the gentleman named Sahil. In a nutshell, all over service was excellent.

The food was too oily which could have been avoided keeping in mind various circumstances. Also housekeeping should be improved as we found some insects in our room time and again.

Comfortable and clean, I did appreciate the elevator. The arrange for a hood breakfast to be brought to me, Help me purchase a Sim card and buy small toiletries that I had managed to forget. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and, as I had been told, it was not the best location in Delhi. I actually found it to be interesting . The small alleyways around it turned out to be streets, and there were good restaurants nearby. I am a female solo traveler and was not bothered once even when I went out after dark to get some dinner.

This is good for individual stay and staff is very co-operative. They provide you a comfortable and safe stay but for couple and family , it need to more basic amenities. Since it was a new hotel, i hope with the time will improve and will add few more amenities.

They can arrange for Ola and Uber cabs for their customers because hotel cabs are quite costlier for the passengers who just come to visit or for the office work. They can provide at least 500 ml water bottle as complimentary services instead of just 200 ml. They must have some almirah because for couple or a family this is must. Also, they can include 2-3 coffee or tea sachet daily.

We loved our stay at Vanson Delite Delhi! Everything about it was fantastic from the staff to the food to the facilities. AC and fan for rooms was brilliant. Housekeeping services were excellent. Location was right next to a bazaar so for all shopping requirements this place is excellent. Staff made us feel at home and always helped us with anything required. The night receptionist was exceptionally good to us as well as the hotel staff.

Hotel is of good quality and affordable, rooms are of decent size with quality washrooms, staffs are very good and responsive, all my issues were resolved by them

It's located in a pathetic area in paharganj, the hotel is in the interior, near a slum, you would never expect that such a good hotel exists in that area, entrance is small, there are no good places to have food in the locality, every building will be a hotel or a hardware shop and filled up with message parlors, my stay was short and pleasant just because of the hotel and room quality

Good Hotel Near Railway Station.

Rooms were cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Noise from the busy street outside did make it hard to sleep at night, but earplugs solved the issue. Good option for budget travelers.

Entrance of hotel is from a very narrow road. Bedsheets were not clean so we need to ask to change it. It took some time to prepare the bed which was not upto mark but ok. Trying to take money due to early check in requested which was already known at the time of booking.

Perfect place for budget travelers. Rooms were basic but clean. Only issue was that the corridors had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals.

The location is great for tourists—close to markets and food stalls. Rooms are small but neat.
