Room was super comfortable with a porch at the back. Also there is a small play ground at the front. Wifi is super fast and router was inside the room. View from the room is nice enough and no city noise around.

With this room rate there must be a good restaurent on site , which is missing. Breakfast menu is very limited & dissapointing & the sitting area is small , if the hotel is full one might struggle to find a place to sit.

The exit road for the vehicle was very steep. Should have alternate exit road. In-house restaurant was not there.

The hotel's location was perfect, and I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and cooperative, which was a definite plus. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing – it was a complete joke. The breakfast area was unclean, with flies visible everywhere, and the overall space was messy and poorly maintained. My most frustrating experience revolved around the Jain breakfast request. Despite requesting it both at the time of booking and again at check-in, it wasn't prepared. The chef was rude and initially refused to serve us Jain breakfast. After persistent requests, he finally prepared it, but did so with an "ugly face," which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional. This significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The breakfast section needs to be kept cleaner, and it's essential to ensure utensils are always clean. Additionally, I suggest adding 1-2 more options to the breakfast menu to provide more variety. Listen to your guests request at the time of booking and check-in, Train your chef to be polite and not make ugly faces.

The property is close to the Ooty lake and Karnataka Gardens and has an excellent view. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get! Great property for a family vacation!

There are a lot of flies around, which can be a nuisance when one is having breakfast in the dinning room. They should have fly catchers installed. The breakfast menu is limited, but you can order meals through Swiggy and Zomato. But, these are small issues compared to an incredibly overall positive experience one gets to have.
