Best place to stay, View of Palani temple from the room, clean and tidy room and particularly toilet. No cigarette/alcohol smell. Food restaurent is good and nominal rates. Rome rent is best for normal range. Adjusted checkin checkout as per our convenience. Good staff behavior including manager, reception and security and room service. Even provided car washing facility.

Nothing adverse

This is an excellent very profesionally run hotel. Staff are helpful and polite. Room facilities are good and spotlessly clean. Though it's on a busy road it's not noisy. My room though quite small and without a window was very good, very comfortable bed, good bathroom, kettle, tv etc. There is also a good vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor.

Found this place to be the best in Palani. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Staffs were helpful. They have resturant that provides a decent food.

Parking. They do have a parking but it's on the other side of the road. Also, there was some kind of noise coming from near by shops as it is situated on the busy main road.

Neat rooms and courteous staff, just within 2 km from railway station and temple gate 1. Near but free from congestion of crowds. Main road side, autorickshaws are available to temple 100 rupees journey.

Rooms without windows so no natural lights, room space just okay,

It was amazing to stay with the hotel be it ambience , reception and service. In all areas of customer service they performed par above the Hotels at Palani.

Management & staff did well and they take care the customer well. We enjoyed the stay and happy to recommend the same for travellers.

Clean place with polite staff.

No soap tray in the bathroom or bedroom lamp. The bedroom lamp particularly because the room was windowless, and pitch dark on switching off the lights. I had to keep the bathroom door ajar for a bit of light as I slept at night.

Location was convenient and they have a busy veg restaurant that serve decent food.

Due to heavy rain and thunderstorms, wifi had a problem during our stay. The restaurant staff needs training to handle rush effectively and without irking the customers.

Breakfast at the Restaurant was very good. The location was also Good.

The size of the room for the Single Room was quite small and the Bathroom was very cramped. Overall experience at the Hotel was good.

Hai. Its a new property. Looks clean . Tasty meals and good customer service. Friendly staffs in restaurent. Worth for money. I will come and stay again. I will recomend this property to my friends

I suppose to go to the property but some family issues not able o travel , I called the hotel request not to charge and cancel my booking. The hotel staff was very humble and nice he did it for me. Next time I will book with and stay there .
