WHEN BREKFAST NOT INCLUDED, WHY SEEKING LIKE?

THINGS COULD HAVE BETTER IF YOU GENUINELY IF YOU WOULD HAVE MADE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OF CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME OF PROPERTY INSTEAD OF ALTERATIONS RATHER GO FOR ORIGINAL CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY's 24 HOUR OF CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT NOW YOUR MEANS BOOKING.COM's 12 NOON TO 12 NOON IS MAKING LOTS OF PROBLEMS TO CUSTOMER'S LIKE ME! EVEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF I WOULD HAVE MADE ROOM BOOKING DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY's WEBSITE INSTEAD OF USING YOUR PLATFORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No breakfast is served in this Hotel as there is no restaurant. However the small eatery just opposite this Hotel was OK for me as it gave hot local food at nominal cost.

The adjacent street was littered with waste. The local municipality should ensure every one is responsible in disposing their waste.

Neat and clean. Very close to Temple.. Food is available in the close vicinity. Parking available. 2 bathrooms in my room. What more I want? Hotel owner is one of the nicest person I met at Palani. He is caring and wants do value based business. I wish him good luck

New properly and neatly planned and all was maintained well. The climbing steps is 2 minutes from the hotel and it’s excellent accessible to everything

Nothing ! I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but parking is constrained to 5 cars ! But if it’s full they take you to the nearest parking just a minute away from the hotel

I like the location of the stay and it is just 150m from the steps to Palani Temple.

Nothing is there to criticize about the stay. For a small town like Palani, an affordable stay like Viruksham Residency is an asset.

Property is located very close to the temple and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The owner himself was super friendly and hosted us very well.

Very clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean with warm water. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall I can only recommend this hotel, I had a very pleasant stay.

Close to the temple and very helpful staff. Worthy for the amount that paid.
