Staff's are very friendly we are enjoying our trip with treebo South Avenue and pondicherry hotel with restaurant is very nice good breakfast and good food all the major tourist spots are very near to the hotel All are super totally we enjoy very good safe stay with pondicherry we will recommend to our friends and family to this hotel

I had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Treebo South Avenue, thanks to its modern facilities and attentive staff. The complimentary Wi Fi allowed me to stay connected, while the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me.The hotel location near the railway station made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation.

Good help from reception. BF was excellent. Any clarification sought was immediately addressed. The lady receptionist, specifically, deserve a bouquet.

Waiting for towels after checking in atound 3 pm.. TV only a few channels were working. No English news TV remote is frustrating Adequate parking spaceay be addressed.

Staff very nice and they speak very good english. Big and light room. Clean. We had everything we asked for (extra matress, room service, food...) very fast. We even got bottles of water every days. Which was a nice touch! Indian breakfast buffet with toast, cereals that the kids loved!

Very close to the Railway Station but at least 1km away from everything else : the french town, beach.. .

Very polite staffs nice location and delicious food, very safe and clean rooms with well maintained toilets. Close to beach and opposite to railway station. Easily accessible from bus stand and all parts of Pondy. Read less

The staff was very courteous. The cleanliness levels were excellent. Sanitized rooms naans bathrooms were refreshing to see. Food quality was fresh and excellent. Environment of hotel was positive and welcoming. All had smiling faces and warm personality.

Breakfast was good. Parathas & curd and some cold cuts could also be introduced. The guy at the reception was very helpful.

Our room 302 had a broken curtain rod which would come out again & again. Fortunately, did not fall on anyone's head. Restaurant menu needs to have more items in starters as well as main course.

Rooms are very good clean and staffs are very friendly and respectful major location are near by hotel opposite to railway station over all we enjoyed our trip ☺️☺️☺️☺️
