It is a very attractive building inside and out in a lively part of the old town. Close to the beach and its esplanade and many restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed in terms of fridge etc but small and nowhere nice to sit for the second person. Breakfast was very nice with enough choice for those not too eager to eat spicy food in the morning. Very good coffee from a machine.

We were initially given a room towards the back of the building but since we were staying three nights we asked for a lighter room. The first one had no real window and with heavy furniture there was no room left to move. So we moved to a bigger and slightly lighter room; however, it faced the street with sun blazing in during the day eg blinds had to be kept down and, even though the street had not much traffic at all, it was obviously a very popular night spot for roaming packs of dogs. The barking was very incessant and loud so there was no chance for me to stay asleep without earplugs. A room at the back probably much quiter.

Nice spacious rooms, courteous staff.

Though there is nothing to complain, few minor things need to be addressed. Shower in room 1204 is tilted and the shower flow is not proper. There's no bucket in the bathroom, good to have a bucket and mug for those who use or in this case, an improper shower. TV was not working all the days of our stay.

the staff were friendly. they allowed me early checkin too. location was really good, it was walkable distance from the rock beach.

room size could have been little more bigger. first day for breakfast less items were there, next day more items were there. so when i asked why it was less yesterday, the staff told occupancy was less

The location was a great spot close to the beach. The staff were polite and the rooms were clean and wonderful. The entire amenities and facilities offered were awersome.

The bathroom drain clogged a bit, maybe some regular cleaning and manitenance could improve the situation. Otherwise everything was perfect and spot on!

Non-dedicated street parking in front of an under construction building which made me nervous

The shower in my room was great and very necessary given the hot weather when i was there. Really appreciated the coolness and strength of the water!

My room door was difficult to open , I had to get the staff to open it several times even though the key card was OK.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Breakfast spread was very limited and taste could be improved Check in, check out timing can be made to 24 hrs

Location: right in the heart of Pondi

Doesn’t have a dedicated parking area. We had to park on the common road and our friend’s car got hit badly .

Great location & nice clean rooms

Breakfast was a little limited & the noise from the breakfast area could be heard in the bedrooms.

It was a perfect stay..no complaints

Again booking.com gave me a wrong quotation on my confirmation. Whereby I had to pay additional tax charges during chk out
