Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and room were super clean. The bedding and towels were clean and good quality. There was a kettle in the room too. Breakfast on the roof was the best so far in India, with dosa cooked to order. Easy walk to the beach promenade.

Communication could improve. After booking, we received a message saying you had to pay in advance or the booking would be cancelled. I tried the link 3 times, but it failed at the last part, despite my bank approving the payment. Contacted the hotel via email and booking.com but received no reply. Once we arrived, it was all fine and we paid on arrival.

The place was near all major tourist spots and was easy to identify, reach. The staff were welcoming, courteous and well spoken. The check-in and check-out- process were handled swiftly. We had booked a Standard Double Room which was spacious and very well maintained. The room was cleaned in the noons in the presence of the guests. The TV in the room was a Samsung Smart TV which helped us stream shows on OTT as well apart from the Cable. The Breakfast offered at the rooftop between 8 - 9.30 A.M. It was completely vegetarian, very good and well managed with multiple south indian offerings along with a Live Dosa Counter. The reception also arranges for Cabs/Scooters for sight seeing.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very well maintained, clean and hygienic rooms and facilities. The breakfast had a good variety and was also tasty. Major tourist attractions, cafes and beaches are at a walkable distance from hotel. Even if you want to order food from swiggy, they are able to deliver within 20 to 30 minutes because the place is very accessible and close to the market and popular restaurants. Finally, the best thing which made me fall in love with this place was the hospitality of all staff members. They were always available to help and welcoming. Being a female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and taken care of. When I was checking out, I felt like I am moving out of my home. A special shout out to staff. Thank you so much for your services :) I will definitely recommend this place.

We were glad that we reached Treebo Grace Inn through a friend’s reference. Though we stayed for two days, the warmth experienced by us was good. Staff at the reception was good and our checking in was done smoothly. The rooms very clean and all the needful stuff is available. I'm so happy that my family had a good time. Let me relate my experience at the rooftop for the unlimited Breakfast with so many variants. They had live counters too to customize to our needs. My family had age group of 10-60 and every taste was available. The dosa variety prepared by Mrs Sundari was awesome- mouth watering. A humble person with a smiling face ever obliging to the orders given to her- forever ready to make the varieties. God bless her hands.🙂🙂🙂

friendly, helpful and respectful staff. easy access to beach and restaurants. family-friendly. value for money. sufficient space to keep luggage from international travel. generally clean and well maintained property.

elevator not going all the way up to 5th, where breakfast buffet is. also, activity on 5th during breakfast time can bother people staying in 4th in the morning hours. older people may find it difficult to climb two stairs for breakfast. coat hangers, more international power sockets, better toiletries (shampoo and body-wash cannot be the same) extra towels/hand towels, extra/fluffier pillows, etc. would have been nicer. all the shortcomings are really minor and manageable for younger people. hope they finish the construction work soon and make it easier to access higher floors for older folks.

The prime and the first thing I liked about this place is it's location and icing on the cake is it's pricing, and to top it the complementary breakfast and the very friendly staff. The best part is the staff was so courteous to send a list of places to cover along with distance, it was in all a great stay, well kept, good parking, good facilities, I loved the stay totally

I can't think of anything except that may be they can also start serving lunch and dinner and snacks, have a roof top restaurant probably, but it's just a choice I guess, but if they add it I am sure it will be a huge plus

The hotel is 400 meters away from the beach. Has a spacious airy dining space on the terrace for breakfast and parking on the ground floor. Has enough parking spot. Enough resturants near by. The rooms are very big enough for a solo traveller or a couple. All toiletries were provided. Rooms were clean. Complimentary water n coffee powder was provided . There was a kettle in the room.

Great location, beautiful inside atmosphere, great staff. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Front office Staffs guided me right from bus stand. Rooms was very clean pleasant and spacious. Hot water facility is available 24/7. Breakfast was highlight and awesome with varieties of dosa {masala, onion and podi). Good dining with sea view on roof top. Room cleaning done on daily basis and on call. Front office staff provided me with a list of sites to visit and they arranged a rental bike for me as well. Very nice location all restaurants and sea is just 10 minutes walkable distance only. I will surely recommend this guest house to my friends and relatives. Happy and very comfortable stay.
