Great location being slightly set back from the busy FC Road. The staff were amazing. ‘The Patio’ where we had our meals felt like an oasis away from noise and pollution. They make nice coffee! There are many nice restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Because it's on such a busy road, there was noise from outside; Also the guests and staff were quite loud in the corridors. Additionally, I didn't realize that although they serve breakfast, dinner is only for room service, the restaurant is closed except for the morning. Ordering was not feasible because I was warned it would take very long for food.

I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!

Good location. A calm haven set back from the business of Fergusson College Road. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

I enjoyed the breakfasts. - there was a lot to choose from but a little variety would have been good. It was the same every day.

Loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms/ the interiors are tastefully done and the cafe is a delightful place. The staff is very friendly and courteous. But above all its right in the middle of Fac road but till secluded. A must stay if you are in Pune.

Hotel Ketan is right in the midst of things on FC road, but it is somewhat set back so that parking is easy. Desk staff speak enough English for foreigners to get along, and they help with getting change, directions, etc. Breakfast is not to be missed. Several hot dishes such as idli, upmaa, and even dosa rotate each day. The rooms are quite large and offer the convenience of electric kettles.

As far as drawbacks, there is inevitable street noise, and oddly, in my room the window screen was set so I couldn't close the window myself, and in the bathroom there was no screen on the window at all.

I love everything about hotel Ketan, probably one of the most good value of money i have stayed in India so far. Although the hotel didn't have a full functioning restaurant, but the breakfast served at the patio was so delicious, not many items (which is not necessary at all), small selection cook to perfection made me look forward to the breakfast every morning! Surely they can do better with coffee. Staff are so friendly and helpful, cleanliness is up to standard, the entire hotel space was decorated with water colour paintings, huge balcony although i didn't have much time to sit there, but it was nice to look outside in the morning. I will come back if i visit Pune again for sure.

A little bit of street noise and construction noise in the day time, but that was probably with every hotel in the city that constantly upgrading.

Best part is location. Lots of goods restaurants nearby and easy to reach any place in Pune. Hotel property is old so don’t expect much. Cleanliness is something which is not compromised. Sometimes the cab will take you from back side of the hotel and that may confuse you, better to get down at main road near Vaishali and walk 1 min to the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel as a group of 14 people for nine days. The location is excellent. I can only highly recommend the hotel: The rooms are very nice, equipped with all you need, comfortable bed, nice balcony, clean bathroom, very good wifi connection. Most of all: warm hospitality (all our, partly unusual wishes, were immediately, with pleasure, fullfilled) and real care. We could use the nice open breakfast area for group exchange at any time. Definitvely will I return. The two nice shops (supporting children in need) have a very nice selection of good handicrafts.

There was nothing which we did not like.
