Hotel Ketan is right in the midst of things on FC road, but it is somewhat set back so that parking is easy. Desk staff speak enough English for foreigners to get along, and they help with getting change, directions, etc. Breakfast is not to be missed. Several hot dishes such as idli, upmaa, and even dosa rotate each day. The rooms are quite large and offer the convenience of electric kettles.

As far as drawbacks, there is inevitable street noise, and oddly, in my room the window screen was set so I couldn't close the window myself, and in the bathroom there was no screen on the window at all.

I love everything about hotel Ketan, probably one of the most good value of money i have stayed in India so far. Although the hotel didn't have a full functioning restaurant, but the breakfast served at the patio was so delicious, not many items (which is not necessary at all), small selection cook to perfection made me look forward to the breakfast every morning! Surely they can do better with coffee. Staff are so friendly and helpful, cleanliness is up to standard, the entire hotel space was decorated with water colour paintings, huge balcony although i didn't have much time to sit there, but it was nice to look outside in the morning. I will come back if i visit Pune again for sure.

A little bit of street noise and construction noise in the day time, but that was probably with every hotel in the city that constantly upgrading.

We stayed in the hotel as a group of 14 people for nine days. The location is excellent. I can only highly recommend the hotel: The rooms are very nice, equipped with all you need, comfortable bed, nice balcony, clean bathroom, very good wifi connection. Most of all: warm hospitality (all our, partly unusual wishes, were immediately, with pleasure, fullfilled) and real care. We could use the nice open breakfast area for group exchange at any time. Definitvely will I return. The two nice shops (supporting children in need) have a very nice selection of good handicrafts.

Very central location on F.C. road, free parking facility, very good breakfast, friendly staff. It stands out if you compare it with similar hotels nearby. I definitely recommend staying here.

Even though room and bathroom were clean and tidy, I think it could use some renovation to make it more attractive and functional - e.g. sound proofing, accessibility, new bathroom fixtures, etc.

A beautiful hotel, centrally located on FC Road. The rooms were stylish and comfortable. I travelled as part of a group and found the sitting areas throughout, made it very easy to meet others. Overall, I had a great stay.

The only improvement would be for the hotel to offer a bookable taxi service

The hotel location couldn't be any better. The reception staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. A constant sweet fragrance in the room was welcoming. We were also presented with a welcome drink. Bathroom had perfectly hot running water from the solar. The room was decorated with taste and had some quality furniture in it. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff was very hospitable. The check-in and check-out times were generous.

We missed having hand wash gel in the bathroom. There was no active subscription on the cable TV. So the TV did not entertain us enough. Noise isolation of the room was not good enough (even with windows closed). Noises from the corridor and the building next door were heard loud enough in the room to interrupt the sleep.

No proper restaurant in the hotel. But since there are a lot of good eateries nearby, it didn't matter much. Hot water in bath is not always available.

Lovely hotel in a very young up beating street in Pune. very specious room with balcony, clean, safe, friendly and helpful stuff. i enjoyed the breakfast at the patio.

Clean and properly functional room, bathroom and common facilities. Properly adequate breakfast. Professional and responsive staff (not just the front desk, but also housekeeping)
