The location was very nice, in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall quality of food was excellent, beyond our expectations from such a hotel. The food options for breakfast could be improved upon. The staff were the best, very cooperative and helpful with quick service.

The property can be a little better maintained. There were parts of the room like bathroom that could do with some sprucing up, deep cleaning as permanent stains were visible on the sanitaryware. Furniture generally had a very used/worn out look to them.

Rooms are nice and clean.

The breakfast is not at all worth the money. They have set up the breakfast counter on the terrace which wasn’t a pleasant experience. Less food variety and if you want to order anything from the live counter you have to pay for it, then what’s the point of paying for breakfast upfront ? I ordered an omelette which had very less salt it and too much oil. Overall the food experience was bad. Moreover they don’t allow food deliveries swiggy/zomato.

Everything was fantastic. Excellent staff, excellent food, and very good quiet location. No traffic noise at all.

The washroom needs to have bucket and mug available right from the beginning. And there needs to be a TAP in the BATH place in the washroom. There was no tap so the shower becomes very time consuming. Please install a TAP for BATH in every washroom.

Location is perfect in Deccan. My entire stay was pleasant. Great room size, clean, washroom size and quality was good. AC was centralized and working well. WIFI worked very well so can be used for work trips. Staff was accommodating.

Address given is lane 1 on booking.com however its lane 10. Breakfast was alright but dont expect too many dishes or drinks. Its basic 2 types of food and bread/beverages. For the price of top up paid, cant complain. Food was simple and nice to have. Timing is just for 2 hours though - 8-10 am

Bathroom kit with brush and toothpaste should have been included. Breakfast is provided on terrace. But if it is arranged in a room type with good ambiance, the hotel will be on top level.

Like most Treebo properties, all basic amenities are available for stay. Room was neat and clean. Good for short stay. Location is in the heart of the city (kothrud) and hence all shopping / restaurants / bars are within walking distance. Breakfast served on terrace was ok.

Everything at the hotel was as per your expectations. Great location close to all facilities but away from the city noises. In house food served is delicious.

The in-house dining area can be made little plush to match the hotel standard.

the nature of staff. they were highly co-operative. they go beyond to resolve the guest's issues. Commendable. Only thing is the restaurant facilities need to be improved a lot but whatever was available, was good

nothing specific. Overall no complaint at all. Nicely maintained property. Just dining facilities need complete re-look.

The bed in the room was uncomfortable, need to change the mattress, the linnen could be cleaner, no toiletries in the bath room, the room tv remote was non functional

Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Best part for me was the availability of beautiful park right outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple but warmly served with smile.

In general cleanliness can be improved. For ex, i am a person who intends to take stairs, but in this case it wasn't a feasible option.
