The staff at reception was very helpful. They provided the room as soon as it was available. During unexpected rains, they provided an umbrella too.

The room doesn't do justice to its pricing. I checked different hotels in similar price range and they were much more appealing. It was just a room with a bed and a bathroom. Lift was so small that only two people can fit in at a time. Mattress are spring ones. Not at all comfortable.

I liked the spacious room. Hotel is located in a prime location. As per the costing it is value for money.

One thing I did not like was the part where I gave room keys at reception in morning and told them to clean the room. I returned at night but the room was as it is. So in terms of house keeping service I did not like it.

The location was very nice, in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall quality of food was excellent, beyond our expectations from such a hotel. The food options for breakfast could be improved upon. The staff were the best, very cooperative and helpful with quick service.

The property can be a little better maintained. There were parts of the room like bathroom that could do with some sprucing up, deep cleaning as permanent stains were visible on the sanitaryware. Furniture generally had a very used/worn out look to them.

Everything was fantastic. Excellent staff, excellent food, and very good quiet location. No traffic noise at all.

The washroom needs to have bucket and mug available right from the beginning. And there needs to be a TAP in the BATH place in the washroom. There was no tap so the shower becomes very time consuming. Please install a TAP for BATH in every washroom.

The breakfast is not at all worth the money. They have set up the breakfast counter on the terrace which wasn’t a pleasant experience. Less food variety and if you want to order anything from the live counter you have to pay for it, then what’s the point of paying for breakfast upfront ? I ordered an omelette which had very less salt it and too much oil. Overall the food experience was bad. Moreover they don’t allow food deliveries swiggy/zomato.
