The electric plug point are not planned well The wifi : each code per device and only applicable for 2 days was quite annoying. Rooms little deep cleaning is required in all hook and corners, that is ignored, in general rooms and bathrooms are very well cleaned and maintained Since arround the colleges, few student hangout joints are next to hotel so bit noisy sometimes that ignorable.

It's in the city centre. All major touristy places are nearby. Room and washroom and the amenities are clean. Being summer, hot water is not a necessity. But it's available always. Staff are kind and helpful. Wifi is good. Lots of small eateries and restaurants close by.

Hotel is located in the area near university and colleges, many shops and restaurants and not so far from the airport. Room is clean and has everything one needs. Breakfast is brought to the room in the morning. We have to go out early and the stuff we’re kind enough to bring breakfast for us earlier than usual.

We have to fill C-form by hand during check in although we were very tired. We also have some difficulty with prepayment — it was not really clear during booking that one has to pay half of the price by bank card in advance directly to the hotel. It is not a fault of the hotel but something to be prepared for.

The hotel is located at very nice place. as it is 150 mts away from Main Road so we dont hear much noise of traffic. Calm, peaceful residential location with collage very near and FC road is just 2 minutes walk. Hot, cold water was 24 hrs available. We missed complimentary breakfast as we had train to catch at 6:00 in the morning.

Very good location. While being just 500 ft from the city-centre Ferguson College road, it has the quiet charm of yesteryear Pune by being on an active side road. The room was spacious - about 200sft - with a full wall-length window giving a charming view of calm green Pune. All basic facilities in room with coffee/tea maker.

After booking the room through Booking.com, it was not possible to contact the Hotel at all. The numerous messages I sent through Booking.com & the hotel’s customer support received only a repeat automatic reply of no help or no reply at all. The customer help no. given is also automated with no help at all. Very poor. I had wanted to convey my early morning check-in time but could not. Wi-Fi not working in the room. No password was given. The toilet bump-shower was fitted on the wrong side (to the left of user) making it very awkward to use. No clothes hangars in bathroom for keeping used/fresh clothes/undergarments. The toilet flush knob unit was operational but falling out of its wall-mounting.

Breakfast and food on payment both were well prepared.

1. Only one water bottle per room is provided. It shud b one bottle per person. 2. Bathroom slippers shud b provided. 3. Toileteries like small toothpaste, toothbrush, disposable razor can b provided once during the stay to improve user satisfaction. 4. Where possible, breakfast can b laid centrally in buffet style.

Affordable, Cleanliness, Cooperative staff and location is plus point. Surrounded by FC and other colleges and youthful atmosphere surely remind and take you in flashback of your golden days of college life. To feel this vibe always ask for entrance side room/accommodation.👍😎

A lot depends upon the Property Owner and his interest in the property upkeep, maintenance and facilities. Luckily, at this property, the owners were very proactive and involved in the operations. Hence everything was looked after very well in the Hotel as per my comfort level.

The rooms are spacious & clean. The property is old but well maintained. Bath room was clean with basic amenities, there was 24 hrs hot water supply. The Staff is courteous. Breakfast offered in the room was tasty . The place do not have restaurant of its own but lot of eateries around, so finding good food is not a problem. Ideal location,close to the FC road. Finding cabs, rickshaws is not a problem. Over all a great experience. Property recommended.

Location, staff cooperation and general facilities.

1. The breakfast is 2 bread buns with half cup sabzi in the name of complimentary. (Photo below) The cost outside is just Rs. 15 to Rs. 20. The charges for this compliment is not less than Rs. 250/-. There are No choices. Very unfair. Hotels name is Hill View Executive. After eating this breakfast the executive will become a wreck. 2. Wifi is not at all good. 3. On different days different charges, I didn't understand. On 11th I was charge Rs. 1958/- whereas on 10th & 12th it is Rs. 1907/-. 4. For breakfast fiasco a refund must be given.
