The friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was well maintained. The food was excellent, so was the room service. The hotel is kids friendly as the staff at the reception was great.

Location was perfect, as we had to visit Fergusson College and it was quite nearby. Breakfast spread was good. Enjoyed Thalipeeth. One day we had Lunch too, Maharashtrian Thali was too good. Ukadiche Modak was delicious :)

The staff is the highlight of this hotel. My parents stayed here 10 years ago and based on that feedback we booked the place again and it has not changed one bit. They are as friendly and caring as before. They were extremely helpful to my aged parent's needs. The dinner at night was really delicious. The location is bang in the centre yet the property is surrounded by greenery and is not on the main road so no major noise.

The wifi in the room was not the best, I needed to be close to the door to get it. This is just a small inconvenience.

Hotel is absolutely in central location with benefits of food and drink options nearby. Being established many years back in reputed area of Pune, it is typical attraction for many family functions and gatherings. Staff is supportive for all services.

Suggest that hotel management should seriously consider to upgrade and revamp the premise and hotel elevation look. Parking is now serious issue during peak hours of lunch and dinner schedule. My car was parked for 2 days and handed over to me with some uncleaned glass and tree dust as it is. Food can be bit spicy as optional to reflect as real sense of Maharastrian food.

We reached at around 10.30 in the night. Before reaching the hotel we told the hotel manager to keep dinner for us as we were not reaching to hotel during their dinner time. They have accepted our request and made the necessary arrangements, which was very impressive.

It is a budget hotel with decent amenities for typical Indian middle class guests. It is trusted because it has been in business for a long time.Best part is its central location. The food is average ( variety and quality). Toilet kit is minimal.1 toothbrush for 2 guests.It is adequately staffed but not necessarily quick service. Breakfast was better than average.Again judging by a typical middle class brahmin's preferences. I think there is scope for allround improvement retaining the price / costs
