I had to pay double for a single day stay because the payment I did by credit card, although got my money deducted and showed the message and e mail received as successful payment, the staff at the counter reported me that he didn't get the payment credited and asked me to make additional payment by a different mode . I paid by Google pay again. He told me this problem happens and get settled by 48 hours. I hope I will get my additional payment back soon, otherwise I feel cheated.

Staff is good, room was clean and with good comfort. Food is good. Location is in center of the city. First 2 days I face some issues with hotel WiFi but later the hotel staff has rectified it. Only the problem I face was late in response. After calling on reception for anything required, the staff was taking long time to serve that in the room. Except that everything was good.

I loved everything. The people working at the hotel was soooo good to me and helpful,very kind people. Room was clean and bed was comfortable,room was big and so much space. Location is amazing. Best hotel I have stayed in Pune. I will come back again
