We were the first reservation after the renovations and newly setup Haveli styled premium hotel. Services were exceptional. Special thanks to operations manager Deepak, who was available throughout for any help & services. He also helped plan the day & some local restaurants. Morning breakfast was very good, in the haveli courtyard with the background of Krishna bhansuri live performance. Great vibe. GM Anoop also personally welcomed & helped in all the pre arrangements. Large clean premium rooms. Overall the stay was fantastic & would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, walking distance from the major sights. The property is quite new and the design of the rooms and common areas is lovely. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Good shower!

Breakfast wasn’t super exciting. Maybe the hotel should provide some information on how to best reach the hotel by car. It seems that cars cannot go through the narrow city center streets if you arrive from the North side. Our driver had to drop us off 10 minutes away from the hotel and we had to get a tuk tuk with our suitcases. However, if you arrive from the South side of the city there’s a way to get to the hotel by car.

A beautiful building with a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view and great food.

Our minibus couldn’t reach a hotel because of the narrow streets and the stairs leading to an entrance of the hotel are quite steep and long. You need to keep it in mind.

Good mid range standard of accommodation. This is a newish build in the old city. It sits directly under the palace walls and offers good-sized rooms, some with views out to the sides. On the first night, we were in a second floor room that looked out to a solid wall. We were told none of the rooms had views, but having looked the property over the next morning, we could see this wasn't the case, and the upper floor rooms do have views. We asked to be moved and then enjoyed four nights in a room with an interesting outlook on the 3rd floor, much better. We used the pool a few times, and, as is often the case with pools in India, it could've been cleaner but was ok. The biggest plus for this place is the food. Having been to India a dozen times over nearly 40 years, I can honestly say the meals were the best I've ever had, both veg and non veg. They have an extensive menu offering both Rajasthani and other regional Indian dishes. Each and every one we tried was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfasts were also of a consistently high standard, as was the restaurant service. Room service and cleaning staff were always friendly and professional. We enjoyed a visit from a long tailed langur monkey that would delight in its own relection in a wall mirror outside our room on the balcony. There is a troop of these beautiful primates living along the palace walls and in the surrounding trees. They are quite shy and not aggressive like the macaque's can be.

Front desk staff were efficient but lacked warmth and charm. The bed was too firm for our tastes, but standard for India.

The hotel is beautiful, brilliantly located in the old city with a gorgeous view on the roof, and the food was superb. The rooms are all well designed and spacious. The staff were brilliant.

We had some initial issues with noise above our room from the kitchen on the first night, and frustratingly the pool was out of order for the duration of our 5 day stay, however the staff went out of their way to move our rooms and make sure we were happy and accommodated as much as possible. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful, comforting and tasteful property. Little things like designed postcards, good toiletries and a collection of books available for reading… added to its charm. Well designed :) Location is perfect! Swimming with a view of city palace is a bonus. My parents found it relaxing and came back withh home decorating ideas 😄

Just one catch, entry to the haveli is a flight of staircase. Older people or people in wheelchair might find that challenging.

It’s absolutely nice place in lake pichola area, just near to city palace and Jagdish Temple. It’s a new built property with all new modern facilities with touch of typical old architecture like palace

Reaching to property if you own your self driven car. I know it’s a property developed in middle of city are, but they can provide their shuttle service to pick their guest after letting them park their car at a safe parking area.

The location in old city was perfect. And the premises were clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff was very helpful (they even let us change our room without any fuss). The breakfast spread was nice and the restaurant food, ambience was good too (terrace has good view of the palace).

The hotel is quite new and the only scope of improvement would be to improve the bathroom facilities -- there was a stinking smell in the bathroom and the overhead shower knob was broken.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for exploring the centre of Udaipur. Food was delicious and accomodation very smart. Property slightly let down by pool area as everywhere else was immaculate

Pool needed a good clean and on the last night some ‘Chilli Cheese Toast’ gave me a poor nights sleep and ill in the early hours! A shame as the food was otherwise excellent.
