The most we like is the staff and the position of the hotel. The roof top is very beautiful with nice view and have good food and drinks. All the most important tourist site are close by and is safe walk alone in the city center also after dinner. We booked a deluxe room for three nigths but they offer us at the same price the junior suite to relax during the three days. The bed rooms have all the comfortable: USB to recharge mobile, free water, kit for the beauty care, Hairdryer and so on..all the rooms have lake view. All the staff are very nice and speak English fluently. They offer assistance by what app at any time and The hotel offers the pick up for free for check in and check out bacuase the car can't arrive in front of the hotel. We are really enjoy to stay there.

The stay was fantastic. The customer service is great and also they are ready to accommodate as per the need. The representatives are really helpful and ready to go an extra mile for their customers. This is the place I would like to come back. Especially, Nitesh & tofiq were more helpful and they were there for every need and requirements we needed. The lunch at the roof top restaurant was delicious and tasteful, they were ready to make customized food due to allergies and religious factor. To conclude, it is one of the best place to stay in Udaipur city & I loved the way we were treated.

There was nothing to not like about.

The view of Lake Pichola from our room on the third floor was spectacular. The room, although not very big, was comfortable. The hotel has only eight rooms which contributes to its coziness. Nithesh and his team provided impeccable service throughout our two-night stay. This lakeside hotel is indeed a somewat tucked away gem with incredible value for money. To watch the sunset bat run from the rooftop veranda with thousands of large fruit bats flying right over northbound will be a memory for a lifetime. Large selection of traditional Indian breakfast dishes well cooked was much appreciated.

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay with a beautiful room that offered stunning views of the lake—truly a peaceful experience. The staff, especially Pawan, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we achieved all we wanted to in Udaipur. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can still enjoy the breathtaking lake views and sunsets, no matter the weather. The location is perfect, just next to the City Palace, which is definitely a must-see when you're in Udaipur.

The food service at the rooftop restaurant was disappointing. The staff member taking our order often forgot items, and it took a long time for the meals to arrive. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was down for our entire stay, which made ordering food difficult since the menu was only available online, and many of us didn’t have a data connection. Additionally, there was a point where we had to wait for hot water, which was frustrating.

The room was clean and modern, and well presented, with attention to detail. The staff here went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, and helped us immensely getting to the railway station for our next journey. Their on-site restaurant, the Bayleaf, served good, well prepared food, and here the staff were also very accommodating. The petal bath seen in the pictures was freshly drawn and ready for us when we arrived - really adding a ‘wow’ effect beside the view over the lake and trees.

We appreciate the property needs good reviews, but it's not necessary for the staff to send messages asking every day after you leave :) Give people a little time to do what they say they will do, as they are travelling on holiday and may not have time. Watch out for the friendly local gentlemen who conveniently appear as you leave the hotel and talk you into visiting his various suit shops to sell you shirts and suits, as this cost us time in our itinerary trying to escape once we discovered it was a sales pitch not just a friendly welcome.

This hotel and its staff is fabulous. The location and view were also superb. The food was excellent and having access to lots of drinking water was very beneficial. We were also offered complimentary cold drinks from our room fridge although we did not use them. Our washing was done quickly and affordable. The staff: Mohammad Adil in the restaurant served us so professionally. Remembered the things we liked on the menu, the high tea chocolates that were a favourite and made us an excellent dessert on our last night. The manager Nitesh was checking our stay was comfortable and helped us with anything that we needed including the extra night accommodation. Front staff Pawan and Tofiq were also helpful Thank you also to the staff who helped carry our bags, cleaned the rooms and prepared the wonderful food.

Bathroom soaked everything and nowhere to hang both towels in there.

The staff were incredibly attentive, went out of their way to organise transport to the train station and facilitate a quick turn around with laundry. Perfect location right by the lake and city palace so very convenient for exploring the old town. The hotel is very clean, fresh and well presented with a lovely rooftop restaurant and terrace which is great for watching the sunset over the lake.

For the price, the room was quite small, dare I say cramped. The shower would completely soak the bathroom including the toilet and toilet roll. However, we weren't in our room very much so this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay.

We had the best stay so far in Udaipur! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We explored a few great places for dinner around the city, but honestly, the best food we had was right here at the hotel—absolutely delicious. Everything about our experience was perfect. A special thanks to Nitesh, who made everything so easy and smooth for us. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciate it and would love to come back!

Very close to the City Palace and a view of the lake. Shower was great and bed comfortable. A/C worked well. Staff were especially kind when we both got food poisoning (from outside restaurant). Nice view from rooftop.

Photos of property are not representative of the hotel. There is no pool - it is at the sister hotel a Tuk ride away. There is no covered seating on the roof top - all the chairs are vinyl so slippery and sweaty in the heat. Given position no tuks can go right to property - hotel told us this and made necessary arrangement for our luggage transfer. Lots of wandering cattle in lanes so the associated faeces. Only breakfast available and it has limited options. No lift so you need to be prepared to walk stairs. Lots of rubble in view from windows.

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we entered we were welcomed with drinks and till the time we leave as I write this reviews, the people managing this property are always available for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special mention to Nitesh, Pawan, Mahipal, Taufiq, Amaan and Mahendra to host us wonderfully. Their hospitality has been beyond my expectations and they made sure that we have our best time here. The property is beautiful with one of the most amazing views of sunset and Pichola lake you can get from the room and the Rooftop. Rooms are big and spacious with all the amenities available at your disposal as promised. Best thing is the accessibility, just adjacent to the city palace serves a great spot to travel anywhere within the city with the least time spent. Breakfast was great along with the room we stayed in. Thanks to the amazing staff to offer us the complimentary services that was a bonus to the trip.
