The location was superb . We were just a few minutes away from the main Mall road and that made our stay all the more comfortable. Breakfast and the over-all menu was amazing. Beautiful spacious rooms . Washrooms were very well kept . The over-all vibe of the hotel was just outstanding.

The fact that we paid a high price for the rooms , yet the breakfast wasn't included in the package. Also , the gym had less equipment. They need to upgrade the weights and machines . Servicing was a little slow .

Our room was lovely. Large, clean and stylish. Reception staff were very helpful and professional. The location was excellent- the hotel is accessible by car yet only 5 minutes walk from the top of the pedestrianised mall. We ate all our meals in the hotel. Food was excellent quality and good value.

Service in the restaurant was attentive but delivery of food was slow and haphazard. We didn’t like the taxi arrangement which involved using an agent.

The hotel stay was exceptional and the food was absolutely delightful. ( Mr. Amit chef , Narendes singh , gururam, Mr Ravi and front office staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay truly memorable. We were thoroughly impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the hotel. The meals were prepared to perfection, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We cannot praise the hotel enough for providing such a fantastic experience.

The location is really good, right on mall road makes it very accessible for walk on mall road and walk to the ridge. Also taxi can reach here so it's easier.

The balcony needs outdoor furniture. While the hotel provided us 2 chairs on request, they were banquet chairs. Proper outdoor chairs and small table will be great to sit out and enjoy the view.

Our stay in Marina was superb...staff is very helpful and excellent in their job....food was also very good..... would love to visit again

Everything was excellent

The Location, It was nearer to The Mall, Food specially the breakfast was very good and delicious, The Suit & The Amenities provided in that suit was fabulous.

The Price it was way to high for two nights. And the uncourteous behaviour of the front desk staff at the hotel.

1- No exhaust in the washroom. 2- Staff refused to provide additional blankets/quilt which was required due to our age problems

We were very impressed with the room which was very comfortable indeed. As far as the breakfast is concerned, we enjoyed the lovely variations of foods. All in all no complaints... in fact only compliments
