The staff are very courteous and helpful. Especially the 2 gentlemen at the reception are great. They patiently answered all my quiries and helped me to the best of their ability.

There were cockroaches under my bed. Cleanliness in rooms needs improvement.

It was pretty good and cleaned.

The space was not enough as per shown in the pictures. We had 1 double bed and 1 single bed but it was quite close to each other.

Location of the hotel is close to the temple which makes this hotel an ideal choice. Staff were decent and helpful.

Bathroom weren't up to the mark when it comes to cleanliness. Room was comfortable but again cleanliness needs to be good enough as that's the most vital thing guest's look forward during their stay.

No doormat near bathroom. Even door mat at entrance is required. West paper basket was tucked too inside and had to be pulled out. Any charged was as shown on booking site plus some extra Rs 100 towards site's charges.it was shown in mobile also.

The bed cushion need to be upgraded. A room kettle for hot water should be provided.

Little more need to concentrate on electric works as i felt it is a new hotel and making a lot of developments. As per me everything is fine here. Not providing Water bottles.

Location is perfect as you can reach temple within 5 minutes and staff is very friendly and polite. Thanks all of them for giving excellent service during our stay at hotel.

Hot water not coming whole day , coming morning time only. I faced hard with my kids . Pls improve. Hot water is very important for kids and old ones.
