Really like the greenery you have maintained there. There is enough space to walk ,do yoga & swim there. Sai Baba Aarti at regular intervals make the atmosphere really pious & peaceful . Breakfast spread & staff is very good.

There was no Yoga instructor/ classes available as promised before the booking. Rooms need repair & maintenance. Cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. Travel desk should arrange group travelling cars & tempos as everyone who comes there visits the common places. The pickup & drop cars were shabby & damaged ones. Do improve all these aspects. The facility was clean , ideally located . Room service was great with choice of Jain food. The rooms were spacious . Wheelchair accessible. On site can service for drop off to the temple and back.

The only challenge was minor issue with early check in and late check out. Since we were traveling from Chennai the arrival and departure times were in the morning and evening ! We had mentioned this during the booking time. Although they eventually accommodated it, it was a bit of hassle getting them to do so. I only needed it cos I was traveling with an elderly. They also suggested they will charge for the late checkout which seemed like nickeling and diming ! They however did not do so. Again I think some goodwill could have been earned had they just accommodated without the hassle especially since we were there off season and the hotel was practically empty.

Restaurant serves EXCELLENT DISHES/ON MENU Enjoyed the food l ordered. Also facilities beyond my expectations Whoud DEFINITELY book my next stay the pooja facilities were done with so much sincerity. Will definitely recommend friends and family to book at St Lauren 😀

Very well laid out Property. Nice and open areas. Spirituality to the Core. That's what is needed when one goes for Pilgrimage. Staff Exceptional. Especially Front Office Executive Dheeraj Kumar. Breakfast spread Satisfactory. Could be better. Breakfast area - though nicely laid out - but ventilation and comfort ( due to heat) was a let down. Shuttle service to the temple, could be improved.

St. LAURN is a well maintained beautiful resort with amenities like multiple restaurants, swimming pool, sports center and multiple temples within the resort. Although, the look of the hotel is old but it's very well maintained with very friendly and prompt staff. Food in the restaurant and the buffet in the morning is too good.

It can be renovated a bit.

The booking desk are arrogant and they don’t care about customers they only judge customers by the clothes and car they have was so noticeable to management. Train your booking staff and change there behaviour to be polite and helpful for customer. 1 notices that your hotel in Maharashtra and nobody speaks in marathi

Divyanshi at the reception was very polite, prompt and sweet. overall experience was wonderful, better than expected. breakfast layout was much better then sun n sand.

every thing about this place is exceptionally wonderful. Rooms were big, clean and comfy. Food was good too. and the Sai Baba vibe that this place has is just out of this world.

Breakfast & Dinner was excllent. Room was spacious for all 3 of us.

The Lounger kept in the room was too big and not required OR not kept properly. It was coming in the way while getting of the bed or on ( One particular bed)

The spiritual ambience of this property is very exceptional and worth to experience . The aura of the entire place is amazing and you can immerse yourself into divinity. The prayer schedule and rituals four times a day makes you feel so connected with the main Shirdhi temple feel

Rooms could have been cleaner especially bed linen

Food is good and tasty. Facilities are good as same as 3 star hotel. They are not upto 5 star hotel. Not worth with money when compared with 5 star Facilities. But we can stay without worry. All staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) are good and well responding quickly. Travel desk team is also good.

Cable connection issues. Only having hindi channels and free channels of other regions. Play ground is having too much insects. When you step on play ground, 1000s of insects fly. Plug points are poor in room. Only one point worked properly for charging. But room is good and they clean daily. Not following covid 19 protocols. No sanitization and masks (both staff and customers). I saw many ill people who are suffering from cold and cough. But no one cared. Bathroom taps are having issue. Only shower worked. But you can ask as many as shower caps.
