A great value for money stay. The location of the property is very near to the temple. The hotel was was very clean and the rooms were also spotless. The linen was exceptionally clean . The complimentary pick up and drop service for hotel is unlimited and always available. The restaurant is also great with excellent food. Staff was also very helpful and polite and always at service. Overall a warm, comfortable and fantastic stay at the hotel. Highly recommended

Upholstery of sofas in room is required to be dry cleaned

The Front Desk Person on 14th Night shift was not suitable for the hotel Industry. He was very harsh when I asked for a one hour grace period to check out on the 15th. I told him we will check out one room on 14th 12 pm and the other room we will keep it up to 1pm. He denied my request harshly. But the person who handled the 15th forenoon session allowed my request. Hence I am giving a low rating for front desk management. The persons with such attitudes will not only spoil the reputation of the hotel and moreover the business

(1) As the hotel is not near the temple, they provide a drop facility to the temple. This was a good service as we were attending the early morning aarti. (2) Rooms and other areas of the hotel are well maintained. Mr. Prasad and Mr. Sachin at the front desk were very helpful. (3) Transport department within the hotel is good. Mr Prashanth arranged a cab for us with a very good driver (Mr Madhav) who took us to our out-station destination safely.

One if the best Veg Restaurants in Shirdi. Rooms are comfortable and room service is nice.

I did online booking and when reached initially there was some confusion at reception on booking . But the manager was helpful to sort it out and consider the same. Reception operators should be considerate about such situations as people travel for divine blessings. Manager should update operators on it. As he is doing exceptional work in managing guest.

The location of the hotel is great. It's just 10 minutes away from the temple. The hotel's cleanliness is also good. The restaurant serves tasty food specially if you are ordering jain food. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They offe free cab to the temple which is a plus point

The room size was smaller than expected and there was a strange smell in the room. In one of the rooms I took, the ac was hardly working.

This was the first time we stayed at the Jivanta hotel in Shirdi, and as soon as we were escorted to our room, we found the room aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was warm and friendly. Sachin, who handled our check-in, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will surely book again in this property when we visit Shirdi again.

Rooms were comfortable and cozy.. all facilities as mentioned were present. Clean rooms and quite place. Pick up drop service to mandir is a plus.

Chinese preparations of Aanaj restaurant can be worked upon.. otherwise meals are good. Also we were served same breakfast options both days of our stay.. would be better if can arrange some variations

Breakfast buffet was nice I had my breakfast,lunch and dinner at jivanta restaurant it was good room service was also quick loved the location not much far from samadhi temple walking distance hotel provides you pick and drop up facility if you ask for staff is also nice and helpful all over my stay experience was good 😊 would like to visit again and hope jivanta will provide me some discount on my next visit which they promised me😀

I would suggest to keep room freshner in the washroom there was damp odour though exhaust fan were there still i felt they should provide automatic freshner or spray bottle in the the washroom room rest they have provided us body wash , shampoo,hand wash , body lotion and hair dryer too 😊only missing thing which I felt was room freshner 🙂

We needed to run the tap for a long time to get hot water, we nearly wasted three buckets of water in the process; the temperature control on the AC remote was temperamental

Location is great, 15 minute walk to the temple, in the quiet area. We felt really comfortable there and staff is really nice. Room was good! The restaurant in the hotel offers good food, too. This is my third stay there and I would love to come back again soon!

Sound isolation can be better (noise from the hotel was heard in the room) and toilet seat can be changed (it was broken).
