I did not have breakfast. I had lunch in the hotel. it was very good. valud or money.

Toilets have to be revamped. There was no hot water in the taps. The technician said it will flow in 5 minutes. It did not happen.

Location of the hotel and spacious rooms. Very courteous staff. Food was delicious. Free ride to temple is added convenience. Nice spacious lounge to relax..

Room service was good nothing else

Location was close to a very stinky drain no wifi no balcony when I booked room it was showing balcony internet and free breakfast but after check in they charged more as a tax on top of the price what booking.com shown room was very small no chairs no balcony and too many mosquitoes

1. Room not prepared even after pre booking. ( was not recently cleaned) 2. Booked the family room and offered something else, they changed it afterwards but still I didn't get what was advertised may bebtheuvuave bookedbthat one on their end. I was travelling with kids and was tired so I didn't argugued but yes the roombje showed me was certainly no the one I booked after I informed him he quickly changed the room but definitely it was not what was advertised in photos. 3. Charged as per family room but no chair, table in room. 4. No toilet paper. 5. WC hand shower leaky and poor quality. 6. Seems like this hotel runs on complaints, the more you complain the best chances you get what you should be getting. 7. Coz I lost my wallet I moved sofa it was never cleaned for sure in corner which faces wall, totally unhygienic. Last thing I want to add, those guys we're completely unaware of booking. When I inquired on front desk about my booking all guys we're looking at each other faces coz no body knows their booking portal password. No body in last 24 checked thier portal/ email /sms. Kind request to booking. Com to ensure everything goes smooth please request manual confirmation that they have received the booking and they have what the client is asking for. For Hotel Management, Kindly take the above point as improvements, I really loved your hotel design, staff and food. Om Sai
