We had a very pleasant 2 days of stay at the Sai Neem Tree hotel. The staffs were very polite and helpful, right from the front desk to the parking staff. We had the hotel providing their car for free drop and pick up to/from the Sai mandir, which is roughly 10 minutes walk. Rooms were excellent and well maintained with all amenities very clean and the toiletries providing in the bathroom was also good. The food quality is good and tasty, but a bit on the costlier side. The buffet breakfast is a big treat, with the right amount of tasty options which will satisfy all the taste buds. Will definitely recommend this hotel to who plan to visit Shirdi and looking for a comfortable and luxury stay. Thanks to all the hotel staff for taking care of us and making this trip memorable. Food prices are a bit on the higher side, which prompted us to eat outside couple of times.

I had booked a room at Hotel Sai Neem for one night after reading all the good reviews on the website and it exceeded beyond my expectations. The room was very clean, organized & comfortable, toiletries and other essentials were also available.(even toothbrush & toothpaste). The hotel is just 1 km away from the temple and they offer complementary pick / drop service, which is very prompt and the best part is they have a good rapport with the temple shopkeepers who will even assist you to give a faster Sai Darshan and evade long unwanted queues. The restaurant food & breakfast was very well prepared and the staff was very polite and attentive towards guests. I would also recommend to visit Sai Theme park which is just a stone throw away from the property and hotel Sai Neem will give you a 10% voucher as well.

Exceptional staff who provided outstanding service and cared for every small detail. The restaurant on site (Masala Tree Restaurant) was outstanding - both food quality/taste and the staff. The room and bathroom were a little on the older side and were showing their age in terms of wear and tear. However, they were clean and had all facilities.

My family and I recently stayed at this property, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Every member of staff that we encountered were extremely courteous, conscientious, and went the extra mile to make our stay a truly exceptional one. We booked a suite, and we were particularly impressed by its high quality. As a frequent traveler with extensive experience in fine hospitality, I can confidently recommend this property. What’s more: it’s only a 5-minute drive from the Sai Temple.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Food was very good. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Lunch and dinner menu was also very good. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Free pick up and drop at the temple was really helpful. There was hardly any wait time for it. We had booked for Aarti at noon, but I got to know that they provide this facility (pick up and drop) even during odd hours like early morning (4:00 am) Aarti/Darshan, which is amazing. Great hospitality. Very happy that we choose this hotel and we will definitely continue to do the same for our future trips to Shirdi.

The property and facilities were great. The service at the reception, restaurant, and room were outstanding and great value for money. Very receptive and proactive. The food at the restaurant was awesome, including the breakfast. The hotel location is great and near the temple. Plus, the hotel provides pickup and drop to and from the temple.

The ambience, location and most importantly, the support staff. Everyone is super courteous and hospitable. The food served by Masala Tree Restaurant is delectable and the restaurant manager (Vikas) is hospitable and also has a great knowledge of different Maharashtrian cuisines, including their recipes. Definitely recommend this property for stay!

The hotel staff are caring and attentive, the room we have stayed, overall facilities are exceptional and quodos to all for a memorable spiritual trip. The restaurant food is very tasty and many items we have tried are top quality and value for 💰. The complementary transport, Innova is well maintained and useful for a quick trip to temple.

Pizza Quality needs little improvement as the cheese is saggy, and flour is hard but other items madeup this item

The property is situated in easy proximity of desired landmark , food was great, staff was quite flexible and help ful, neatness is maintained properly, morning break fast was yummy. The most important point was that hotel provided the free taxi service for temples whenever needed. keep it up.

I dont find any thing which was un-likable , however rooms could have added with soft tissues and washroom mat to avoid sliding, however over stay was satisfactory

Property located in a quiet area, yet only 5-10mins walk from the mandir and shopping centre. Rooms are clean with all basic amenities. The staff are probably what really made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Room we had didn’t have much of a view, however, this didn’t really bother us as we were only there for 2 nights and out most of the days
