From the moment I stepped into the W Hotel, I was blown away by the impeccable atmosphere vibrant, luxurious, and effortlessly chic. Every detail, from the décor to the service, reflects a commitment to excellence and style. It’s more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Sibi Mathew. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were unmatched. Sibi went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect from the smallest requests to the overall comfort of my stay. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to creating a memorable guest experience. A massive thank you to the entire W Hotel team and a very special thank you to Sibi Mathew. You turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I’ll definitely be back, and recommending this place to everyone I know.

Highlight of the property was the sunset point. Breakfast was superb with good food quality and good spread. Pool was good and we did family pool activity on both days.

we had dinner at "Spice traders" , The food was good however we were disappointed with the two parts, 1. Without informing us , they billed us for 3 bottles of Water which we didn't even order. And we had no clue that it was chargeable. 2. We had requested the chef to prepare a separate Noodles for my daughter (2 yrs) without any vegetables or spices. And they charged us for that too and full amount.

the location and the layout of the hotel is very nice. top marks on size of room and comfort

food needs major improvement.. taste is very poor. hygiene in restaurant needs to be more amped up. you are in a tropical destination and surrounded by trees and nature.. you have to keep more people to ensure rodents and insects are not in your restaurant or near your dining areas. every one is busy in service alone then no one can keep eyes on hygiene being compromised..the issue was quickly handled by the person cutting the fruit however its shows that large properties have challenges in maintenance and upkeep.

Theres something called customer satisfaction and there's something called customer delight and then there's W goa. I was travelling for my son's first birthday and W was just WoW!!! Special mention for chef Sunny who cared for every little details in the food and his desserts were to die for. Jasraj also who ensured my little one had the perfect first birthday! The whole staff ensured luxury and comfort unparalleled in Indian luxury hotels so far!

They spoil other hotel stays for u as get used to being pampered like royalty here.

Nishant and his team are excellent. They go out of their way to help with anything and everything. It's a stunning property - such beautiful grounds. Gorgeous views.

My only issue is they play loud techno music in the lobby from the afternoon onwards which doesn't seem necessary. It didn't seem that any of the guests were embracing it - people of all ages were visiting the hotel (not kids in their 20s). Some mellow tunes and vibes would be nice. The breakfast staff needs to pay more attention to detail - particularly place settings - cutlery, salt and pepper etc.

The staff was exceptionally great!! Thankyou Victoria for being the great host, Isha was amazing for loving my kid so much. The service was waooooo the clean pool staff was so helpful. Gym was great. It was a mom daughter trip, we stayed for 6 days and the most amazing experience and memories for life!

The room was big and comfortable, perhaps matrasses could be better. The bathroom was very big and well equipped. The restaurants were all good and the breakfast buffet as well as the lunch buffet were very rich and the food exquisite.

there was no organised beach, there were no sun beds and no umbrellas. the hotel says there are three pools but eventually only one where you can actually swim. on our last day there was a wedding and due to the preparation everything was a bit chaotic.

I will keep great souvenir of my stay at W Goa! The facilities were perfect and I enjoyed the three swimming pools, one of which was very Zen and one very fun with a very good lounge music like in the best parties of GOA. The design of the room and its comfort were admirable. Beyond all these qualities, the strength of W Goa relies in its great team which is always attentive and seeks to provide the best service. I don't remember leaving an hotel of this standard remembering so many wonderful people. I would particularly like to thank: - Laxmi Verma who perfectly welcomed us then assisted and advised permanently live or via Whatsapp with professionalism, kindness and humor throughout the stay. Laxmi helped me even after I left to retrieve an item that I had forgotten thus demonstrating how important we are as customers. - Nilesh, life saver at the pool for his kindness in making sure we had everything and his good advice especially on Goan cuisine as well as Kanta and the pool team - Tony, who often spontaneously came to us at breakfasts, to give us excellent advices to learn and taste more about Indian cuisine or simply to help us. - Dutta on whom I could count and who often came to check that I had everything I needed as well as Aliji - Shanka for the care taken in preparing the room several times a day and his excellent towel arts helped in this by Avindo, whom I also thank. They often came to make sure I didn't miss anything. - Pankaj at lunch time for the proposed trip to the country of the flavors of Indian cuisine and its kindness as well as Anubhav - The distinguished cuisine team who surprised us every day with new, truly refined dishes with an impressive choice at the Kitchen Table - Sreeraj for coming to me and for his advices on places to visit - the staff of the internal vehicles who always offered to take us to our destination when they met us on the paths of the Hotel park

Good location and ambience, vibe. Helpful staff, they also helped to decorate the room for wife's birthday and got a cake.

Went to Rockpool bar to spend the birthday evening. But after waiting for 10 15mins, no one bothered to take our order. After all the experiences, I don't want to keep calling for service. We simply left. So they are at extremes of experience. The bathroom curtains in the room kept making noise with fluttering on fan speed. Disturbed the sleep now and then. This can be really managed. The steps to the beach towards the end really need some work or you may slip someday. Needs fix
