The staff is fabulous! Attentive and smiling ! I really enjoyed the restaurants and the services provided which were excellent. The hotel itself offers what is expected for a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool and fitness are well maintained, clean and pleasant to use. I would highly recommend the hotel for short or longer stay.

The bathroom needs to be descaled, I mean the chromium parts because the shower wire for instance is completely covered by lime scale... The glass doors too.

I staryed for one night....I was there for a medical consultation... The staff at the hotel mada all the difference... Everyone was nice and at every level made me feel called for. I don't remember everyone's name but Protima at the desk for superb. She arranged for the Hotel transportation ( the chauffeur again was very nice) and checked on me to find out if I needed the car for longer period etc. The room was excellent with a fabulous view and the breakfast was elaborate and nice. This is my choice for my next stay in Vellore.

I am trying hard to remember random stuff which I didn't like..... I loved the place so much...so here it is: They don't know how to make gajar ka halwa and they don't have dessert spoons. They also have tea and coffee the packaging of which may be a trademark infringement...tea bags were useless

Good buffet breakfast and great food in the Orchid Restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff and a spacious, clean, well-appointed room. Enjoyed a fantastic massage in the spa (highly recommended) and the small pool is an excellent place to relax away from the mayhem of Vellore. Pretty good location for the Fort and Golden Temple, reached by tuk tuk. Overall great value for the quality.

It would have been nice if the rooftop restaurant had been open as I saw this as one of its main attractions.

We loved our stay at the Fortuna in Vellore. Right from the time we were received at the entrace, we knew this would be a good stay. The front desk folks were very helpful and helped with a smooth checkin. The room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool as well. The dinner and breakfast buffet were both amazing and our kids and us loved them. At checkout as well, we were greeted with a smile. Highly recommend staying here.

Was an excellent stay, though it was only for one night. The room was very well maintained, and quite spacious. The hotel staff (esp. one of the colleagues Piyush) was supportive to arrange things as quick as possible, after a couple of hours delay for my train to reach. The hotel taxi was accommodative of the delay. The breakfast was very good!

The quality and variety of food provided were excellent. The hotel's ambience was warm and inviting. My room was well-maintained, and the common areas were impeccably clean.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the responsiveness and quality of services during my stay. Requested services were delayed, and when they were provided, did not meet the expected standard. I hope you will address these issues to improve the service quality for future guests.

Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Delicious food. Property is relatively new compared to others. Rooms are up to international standards. Staff are extremely amicable be it from housekeeping, reception and valet. Breakfast and continental selection in menu is also satisfactory. Will recommended any day.

Monotonous breakfast buffet options. Some variation would be nice. Eg:- Sausage / Bacon, Hash brown / Potato wedges etc.

Staring from reception area, capsule lift service, room size along with comfortable bed, nice bathroom along with all the room amenities, room service, pool, gym, restaurant and ending with the staffs... everything was excellent!!!! We had a smooth quick check-in as the room was already ready. We felt very glad to see that there was already a Welcome Letter for us in the room!! We did not expected this kind of service from a hotel in Vellore. We were there for treatment for 5 days and the hotel staffs made our stay so much comfortable and lavish that we want to visit again and recommend our friends & family. Last but not the least, the food in the in-house restaurant was just WOW !!! Starting from buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner...the menu spread and the selection along with the food quality and taste, we enjoyed it everyday. Each day, the cook presented several new items in buffet for those 5 days duration. Also the food was very healthy and yummy. We specifically thanked to the head chef before checking out for enriching our taste buds each day. Really a 5 star brand service !!!
