Wifi connection are not consistent snd reliable in all floors and rooms. It is hard to work from hotel. I had to use my cellular data for first 2 days or so.

Excellent Staff, Good facility, Location right in the middle of the City, Pool on the Terrace was very nice. Quick room service, Spacious rooms & Rest rooms.

Few things that could have been better are 1. The kettle was not clean (Room 509 - 12th May to 13th May Stay) 2. Flush Tank wasn't working well (Room 511 - 12th May to 13th May Stay) 3. Cant open the Screen since the Glass and the place just outside the glass weren't clean (All outside and not inside). This is also in Room 511 - 12th May to 13th May Stay)

Descent Resturant and Seperate Lounge Bar quite spacious. Good location and ease of. Communication. By far one of the best multi cuisine resturant in vellore.

Bathroom bath glass partition could have been cleaner. The A/C is lacking good control system and becomes too chilly, they could implement some energy savings measures.

The property was well kept. Good service at the reception and parking. A special mention to receptionist Kaleemullah who made it more special and looked after us

There was an unpleasant odour in the toilet but it was kept clean.

The variety of meals available especially when it was buffet. I also enjoyed the massage sessions.

The 1% of the eating area staffcoumd do with a little more training in customer care.

The warmth of the staff was comforting and re assuring. And the food is fantastic.

They don't have a. Airport shuttle. But o. The website it shows as something provided by the hotel

Nice location in the heart of the city just next to CMC , well maintained and clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Had a brief 7 hour stay, my booking dates were complicated but they were kind enough to adjust and accommodate my wishes. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Staff very good. Rooms ok. It Is very close to CMC.
