Clean and Hygenic rooms. Staff was good. Location is ok

As I booked a double room and while booking provided only Main guest name for second they asked to pay additional amount which is not the case with previous bookings I have done as rooms are ment for double Occupancy. It was a double Occupancy room which I booked. This did not give a good experience.

The in-house breaskfast was very good. But, on the day two, the breakfast was acquired from outside which was average.

Nothing specific. However, locating the property was little difficult. A sign board at a conspicuous position would be helpful to customers.

I am frequent visitor in vellore. I have stayed in other Star category hotels, but this hotel is awesome. There are lots of things for which my family found this place most friendly, but especially the ever-smiling and well-behaved staff. Neat and clean rooms, excellent services. The front office person is very friendly and cooperation was exceptional. Food is available from a nearby restaurant, I would prefer people from the Northeast should choose this hotel for a homely feel. Exceptional hotel 🏨 👌

The room was clean. The Bathroom was also clean and hot water was available too. Loacted near new Bus stand

The Price was a bit high according to the room though it had all basic necessities but i paid almost around 1.8k per night for a room which i felt if kept to be around 1.3k then it would be a great deal No Toothbrush and toothpaste was given in complimentary goods along with shampoo,soap and moisturizer was provided.It should be provided if we are paying 1800 for a night then it should be provided. Moreover The experience was quite good.

Overall very good comfortable hotel. Around 6-8 km from VIT, so auto will charge 200-250 rs for one trip. The staff was very good and helpful. Well-maintained premises. Centrally located. The room was very clean. We stayed there for one night and were glad we chose this place. breakfast was ok. Last but not least, the super courteous staff. They made sure we had a very comfortable and nice stay.

I like everything about this hotel. Especially the manager of the staff is extraordinary in one word. Helped us a lot in every way. Day Manager is a very lovely person this kind of people make lovely India ❤️❤️👍❤️

We stayed here for Hospital treatment. The location is closer to CMC Hospital but it does not overlook the hospital. The check-in experience was good and the front desk staff communicate well. The room is Good. The housekeeping staff is super responsive and so is the in-room service. The clean room, comfy mattress, bed, and amenities in the room are good.

Great location and calmly place, Just walkable distance from Vellore new Bus stand, and near to Naruvi hospital. Rooms are clean, staff's are very helpful and supporting in new place. Good stay 😃

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff service is really good. They arranged taxi and auto services for us. They promptly answered all our calls.

Rooms are little small. There is very less space between cot and TV wall. TV remote did not work in one of the rooms. Road to hotel is not good. It was muddy due to rain previous night.
