Stay was comfortable. The staffs were kind and helpful. Hotel interiors and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Located 2 km from Vellore fort. Baby restaurant (veg+non veg) available nearby at walkable distance. Akshaya veg restaurant and kanna veg restaurant at a km distance from this hotel. Soap, shampoo, towel and dental kit( toothbrush+ paste) were provided. 24/7 security monitored parking. The bedding and blankets were super clean. Kettle with milk powder, tea and coffee kit provided along with a small refrigerator and 32" tv with Airtel DTH.

Limited parking slots around 6-8 cars. Have to handover the keys so that cars are moved if needed. Located in a narrow street from the main road with potholes at the entrance( could be a temporary issue). One water bottle per room per day irrespective of no of guests. The extra bed provided had no cot, it has to be placed on the floor. This place has no three bed rooms.

The property was in a quiet, convenient location, looked really clean, and the staff members were well-trained, well-mannered, and learned to manage the clients in a polite manner. My only suggestion to the property is thay, it would be better if they had their own mini restaurant kind would be value added. As of now the management providing some snacks items from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m Additionally, they provide room service by helping you order meals from other restaurants when you need it. In overall highly recommended for solo and family traveller's....

Really happy with my room and the hotel. Good location in central Vellore. There are some good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The only problem was issues with the payment. They say they accept credit cards then they said no to international cards, then they said yes and tried to charge me a 10% card fee. Finally I managed to withdraw cash from the Bank of Baroda ATM, but that’s about 5 minutes up the road.

It was really clean and organised. I liked it about the property. The staffs were really generous and fast service and respectful.

The location could’ve been a little better. Smoking smell was coming in our room which made us uncomfortable for some time.

Stayed with family for 2 nights (3 rooms for 9 people - 6adults and 3 kids). Rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality was good. Located centrally.

Not having a in-house restaurant is a drawback however food can be managed by visiting near by restaurants. Overall stay experience was GOOD...:-)

Helped us checked in late at night

Did not allow late late check out. The hotel was empty after 3rd July. I was to check out at 12noon. The train was at 630. They did not allow to stay till 4pm, even after paying the extra charge.

We stayed two day's with family, the rooms and toilets were clean. The staff in the hotel are good. Special appreciation security gaurds are very humble.

The hotel is quite centrally located. Very close to the Vellore Fort and Museum which were on my itenary. The hotel does not have a restaurant. They have an arrangement with one of the restaurants on the main road. Staff is helpful. I asked for a mosquito coil, and it was provided immediately.

There is an OPEN DRAINAGE on the road. In fact, there are open drainages all over Vellore. Keep windows shut.

The room was really nice and also the washroom . The staff during check-in and check-out were really nice and super friendly. Even the watchman and the caretaker were amazing .

The room is just perfect! The facilities are good and the staff is good as well. It’s a good place for a comfortable stay.
